00:03Mansfield Oil is suing businessman Syed Kazmi and his company, KRSM, over roughly $4 million
00:09in unpaid fuel, some of which allegedly went to Freedom Fuel network stations, according to CNBC.
00:15Mansfield said KRSM obtained more than 1.1 million gallons of fuel from a Pennsylvania
00:21terminal between May and July and failed to pay the invoice. Freedom Fuel drew national
00:26attention in July after selling gas for $3.47 per gallon at 25 Pennsylvania and New Jersey
00:33stations at a steep discount from other stations in the region. Mansfield alleges KRSM could sell
00:39fuel at discounted prices because it had not paid for it. Freedom Fuel is not a defendant and is not
00:45accused of wrongdoing. A judge ordered the defendants to maintain at least $2.75 million in a bank account
