00:09So, you can see over here that I got a table as a PDF document and I want to export
00:15this as an Excel file.
00:17In order to do that, I can go into file right here and over here in export to, you get
00:22an option called spreadsheet.
00:23So, you can export this as an XML spreadsheet 2003. So, if you are exporting it for all computers with
00:30Office 2003 and below, you can select this document right here.
00:34If you want to export it into new Microsoft Excel worksheet or Excel format, you select this.
00:41So, I want to export this as a newer format. So, I'm going to click on Microsoft Excel worksheet.
00:46Once I do that, you can see that I have an option to export this. You can view the result
00:51after you publish it.
00:52So, I'm going to keep this over here and over here, I got settings.
00:57Inside the settings, you can see that I can create a single worksheet for the document.
01:01So, even if I have multiple pieces and if I want to keep all the information in one of the
01:06sheet, I can simply select this.
01:08If I want to create a worksheet for each of the table available in the document, I can select this
01:13one.
01:14And if I want to create a worksheet for each piece, I can use this one.
01:18In my case, I only have one page itself. So, I'm going to create a single worksheet for the document
01:23itself.
01:24You can also detect decimal and thousand separators using reasonable settings.
01:28But this is something for future lessons right here.
01:31You can also recognize text if needed and set the language.
01:36So, once you are happy with what you want, you can simply press OK right here.
01:40So, I'm going to select this out and I'm going to type tututube and I'm going to save this out.
01:47So, let me just save it. It is exporting the content.
01:50And over here, you can see that now I have it as an Excel document right here.
01:54So, you have it, everything as a table, editable right there, all the formats maintained and there you go.
