00:05ring at Penn State University. It's 23-year-old Thomas Robinson who is accused of buying cocaine
00:10that was packaged at fraternity houses. In fact, State Attorney General Dave Sunday says it was
00:15done by fraternity brothers and pledges at Delta Upsilon and Sigma Chi fraternities.
00:21Robinson is accused of selling cocaine to informants and buying over $40,000 of the drug
00:26from Agostino Abatiello, a man described by students as the largest distributor at Penn State.
00:32Robinson's 59-year-old father, Paul, is also facing several charges, accused of concealing
00:37evidence, including a safe containing drugs and cash. Mail was set at $1.5 million for Thomas
00:44Robinson and $1 million for his father, Paul, and a warrant has been issued for Abatiello's
00:49arrest. Thirteen of the 14 defendants were Penn State students back in 2023 and 2024.
00:55A man is dead and a teen was in critical condition after an overnight shooting in Penn Hills.
