00:16as utilities or other works promoters as much as £2,500 per day if they operate on key
00:23routes during the busiest times of day.
00:25The aim is to reduce the impact of works on the highway and delays by encouraging organisations
00:32to schedule works outside peak periods and to collaborate or work more efficiently.
00:37The three councils have worked together and each secured Department for Transport approval
00:43for their schemes.
