00:21car parks since October last year. The council's executive board is set to press ahead with a
00:27review examining the economic impact of the charges. A report said the charges were helping
00:33the council raise funds and pay for maintenance of the car parks. The review of the charges is set
00:39to be launched in August and findings will be set out in a report in November.
