00:06for the council. 17 new industrial units are planned to create more space for businesses
00:12at Limewood Park in Seacroft. Leeds City Council is seeking a contractor to carry out the project,
00:19which is also set to deliver green space improvements at the estate.
00:23A council report said there is currently an under-provision of light industrial units
00:28across the Leeds Local Authority area. The new units would be designed to attract small
00:34and medium-sized enterprises to the Limewood Road estate. Around 200 people took part in
00:41a public consultation on the proposal last summer.
