00:50the lions yep so he had the lions starting off with a loss against green bay and then losing
00:58which was accurate yeah then losing week two against chicago they beat chicago in week two
01:03losing week three against baltimore beat baltimore in week three then winning the next three games
01:08uh beat cleveland beat cincinnati lost to kansas city so he's got them what three and three after
01:13six is that right okay the lions were actually four and two then he has them losing week seven
01:19against tampa they won uh week nine was a win over minnesota they lost yeah week 10 at washington and
01:26week 11 at philadelphia both losses uh they beat washington they lost to philly then it's a one
01:32two three four five game win streak from week 12 against the giants all the way through to week 16
01:38against pittsburgh uh they went two and two and three in that time and with week 17 uh a loss

01:47minnesota that was accurate on christmas day yeah and then winning the last game of the season
01:52uh at chicago which brings them to 10 and 7 they went nine and eight here's what it says about

02:24to begin the season with a bit of drama having the lions lose the opener at green bay and then

02:35eventually a five game winning streak towards the end of the season will push the lions into the
02:40playoffs a bit shaken a la the 2023 philadelphia eagles so it's interesting when he says he thought the
02:48three teams would would tie for it nine and eight when the packers went nine seven and one the vikings
02:53were nine and eight and the lions were nine and eight what he didn't see coming was the bears going
02:59eleven and six so for the playoff teams he had in the afc the top seed being the baltimore ravens

04:47interesting well let's get to some of the feedback regarding his prediction this year that the
04:52detroit lions will go 14 and three michael and madison height says at best nine wins
05:01lions have a questionable secondary unproven offensive line new offensive coordinator and a
05:06pedestrian quarterback meanwhile the same division we finished last in has gotten better
05:12i would agree with everything you said except for the pedestrian quarterback well i would also say
05:16if you think at best nine wins then i would say that everything that you question questionable

05:28for them to have nine wins i think all those things have to go south if all of those things

07:25if the lions problem is that they can't beat buffalo in the super bowl i mean that'll suck

09:44bonehead loss i would argue that there's probably every quarterback in the league and every coach in the
09:49league does something along the course of the year that leads to a loss so i don't think there's
09:55anything unique about that it's just not unique but it could be a fact what's that it may not be
09:59unique but it could be correct it could be but that doesn't to say that as a reason you're going

12:41and that seemed to be an issue last year with the offensive line you know it's one thing to get

12:52decker and glasgow talking about it and it seemed contradicting at one point even to um what johnny
12:58morton was saying the offensive coordinator they got to get on the same page and know the
13:01assignments and if they get that down this all this offense could be chugging can the tigers stay in
13:07this thing as they head down the stretch of the major league baseball season in spite of the trades
