00:00These are our four week old rescue puppies. They've been through so much and are both
00:04really lucky to be here. We're bringing them into our little pack and when they met our dogs, I was
00:09shocked. But to explain how we got here, we need to start at the beginning, when we first pick them
00:18up. So this is us driving home with these poor pups. You're not supposed to have puppies until
00:25they're at least eight weeks old but sadly these two pups lost their mum and were not being looked
00:30after properly. As soon as we arrived home, the first thing we did is give them some milk. We tried
00:36to bottle feed them but they weren't taking it. So we tried the bowl and they're already strong enough
00:40to drink out of that. We then got to see how young these pups are when this little girl couldn't
00:49find
00:49the milk. Their eyes have really only just about opened. They are going to meet our three dogs but
00:56we didn't want to overwhelm them. They've already been through so much. So we decided to just let
01:01them rest for their first night and what a first night it was. Me and Ella were like anxious parents.
01:07We kept checking on them to make sure they're breathing. We were taking turns to feed them
01:11every three hours throughout the night. And the next morning we decided to take them to the vets
01:19just to get a general health check-up.
01:22My little puppy burritos. Oh look how tired they are.
01:27They're all schnapp.
01:29Are we waiting now for more milk?
01:33Both pups were very healthy which is good. The vet guessed they are only around four weeks old.
01:38I'll get into their story in a little bit. You can see they're looking a bit crusty and dusty
01:43the poor things. They were not looked after correctly. So when we got home we gave them
01:47their first bath. We used a dog wipe to clean them and then put warm water on a flannel.
01:51Wringed it out so it wasn't too wet and got cleaning. Look at their little faces. They're so cute.
01:56We dried them straight away so they didn't get cold and then they even started falling asleep.
02:01They probably felt like it was their mum grooming them.
02:07After taking the pups to the vets we then decided it's best to take our three dogs too.
02:12As the puppies are so young they don't have nutrition and immune support from their mum's milk.
02:16So it was important to us to bring our dogs for a general health check before meeting them.
02:21The dogs are about to meet the pups but we put their crate down first so they can get a
02:25smell of them.
02:25They've been hearing them cry all night and it's probably nice to be able to get a stronger smell of
02:29them.
02:32So now it's time for the first dog, Maggie, to meet the pups.
02:40We're gonna start with Maggie sniffing them in their crate before they can physically meet.
02:54Maggie is a rescue herself. She used to live in a bad neighborhood in North Macedonia where they beat dogs
02:59so she knows what a rough life is.
03:03She seemed to be doing pretty well with them in their crate but when we decided to let them physically
03:07meet I couldn't believe her reaction.
03:09I hope she doesn't guard them against the other dogs.
03:16Wow she's being really good as well isn't she?
03:30It's amazing how calm these puppies are given what they've been through.
03:34A couple bred two cane corsos and surely split up after they were born.
03:38The mum had a litter of 12 but unfortunately two didn't make it.
03:53We put them onto the sofa and no surprise Maggie was so good with them.
03:57That probably went as well as we could have hoped. After meeting motherly Maggie, it was time to introduce our
04:03new pack members to their more excited auntie.
04:06Moki gets really excited when meeting our rescues so again we're just gonna start nice and slow with the pups
04:12in their crate.
04:12Moki come on.
04:18Oh well done.
04:20Oh my god.
04:22That is a door.
04:23Moki no no no no no no no no no no no no no.
04:25Sit, down, good girl.
04:31Moki. Sit sit sit, down.
04:38Moki, come come come in.
04:40Calm down.
04:45There was milk
04:47We'll get them out once Moki shows she can be calm around them
04:52Moki, back
04:53Back
04:54Sit
04:56Good girl
04:56Need to calm down
04:59Moki, come
05:02Gently, you idiot
05:03Down
05:04Good girl
05:05Well done
05:06They're just little babies, Moki
05:08Yeah, like you
05:11Oh, Moki, off
05:13She doesn't know what to do with herself, does she?
05:15Her tail
05:16She did eventually calm down, so it's time to bring the pups out
05:23Gently, gently, gently
05:27Good girl
05:29Gently, gently
05:29Our house is honestly too small for all these dogs
05:32So if you could subscribe to the channel, then we can go buy a ranch or something
05:36Thank you
05:40Yeah, that's who you heard crying upstairs, isn't it?
05:44No, no, no
05:46Come here, Moki, come
05:47Don't worry
05:49Shake it off
05:50Sit
05:50Sit
05:51Sit
05:53You could tell she was getting just a bit too excited
05:56So we took her away for a moment to calm down
05:58She's like, that black one kind of looks like me
06:01Good girl
06:03Good girl, well done
06:04They're not reacting too bad
06:06No
06:07They're actually
06:07They're fine
06:08I tell you
06:09It's your baby
06:12She's like, I think they are
06:13I think they're my babies
06:16We don't actually have a name for these pups yet and this is where we need your help
06:19We've put a poll up on our community tab and we're gonna let you guys decide what we should call
06:24them
06:24Link is in the description
06:29The rescue we work with, Poor Help UK, drove to pick these puppies up
06:33They were in a massive crate with no blankets, no heat source, all huddled on top of each other trying
06:38to keep warm
06:39A female was caring for the pups, kind of
06:42But her ex-partner refused to help, suggesting she kicks them out onto the street and to just leave them
06:47out there
06:48That's honestly terrible, I don't understand how people can be so heartless
06:52I'm gonna tell you the rest of the story in a little bit as it's time for the puppies to
06:56meet our golden boy, Kobe
07:00Wait
07:03So Kobe is the most jealous boy ever
07:07He is really good with the rescues, but he's kind of like really another one
07:13But his reaction to them really shocked us, again we let him sniff them in their crate
07:22We honestly thought he wouldn't want anything to do with them, but he was being so fatherly
07:27We're gonna let the puppies out and see what he does
07:36So the pups are really sad without their mum, the owner said she had died of exhaustion around a few
07:42weeks after they were born
07:43Which is just terrible, I don't know the entire story here, but it definitely sounds like more could have been
07:48done to save that poor mum
08:10And so here we are today, those puppies are now depending on all of us, myself and Ella to keep
08:16them healthy, and our three dogs to teach them dog manners
08:19I cannot believe how good they all are with them as well, when we let them all meet, they just
08:24wanted to be around them
08:27Maggie, out!
08:28Okay, Maggie did do one little protection growl, but it was just a small hiccup
08:32It's gonna be one crazy journey looking after these pups, so subscribe to the channel to see how we get
08:37on
08:37We have so many other videos we think you'll love, and YouTube has chosen this one on screen just for
08:42you
08:42See you there!
