00:00We've just rescued these two dogs. When we brought them home, they started to open up.
00:04One even had the zoomies, but when they met our two dogs, they went the complete other way.
00:09It's been a crazy journey to even get them to this point, and the chaos started as soon as we
00:14picked them up.
00:16Oh, that's bad.
00:19So this is rescue number one, and her name is Pickle.
00:22She looks really nervous, and that's because Pickle travelled here with her two sisters,
00:26but they got fostered by another family, so she was sadly separated from them.
00:31And then we have Sandy, who isn't covered in mud. She had an accident in her crate, the poor thing.
00:36She absolutely stank, but honestly, we didn't even care at this point. We just wanted her to feel safe.
00:41We thought that this was a bit of a nightmare start, but it gets even worse.
00:45We're driving home with the dogs. We had to put Sandy in the boot because she's a smelly girl and
00:50also too big for Edda's lap.
00:51Pickle, being extremely nervous, also had an accident. The smell was overwhelming.
00:57I've never smelled something so bad before in my life, honey.
01:00But then I noticed the smell had gotten even worse.

01:05And we were pretty confident that Sandy had another accident in the boot.

01:12Because of this, as soon as we arrived home, we brought them into the garden quickly in case they needed
01:17the toilet again,
01:17and then took them immediately to the shower.
01:21Pickle had a pee on the towels. Nice break from the dog poo. Thanks, Pickle.
01:25And when we went to shower them, at first I was really apprehensive because I don't know the dogs yet.
01:30They might bite, but it turns out they actually liked being groomed.
01:37Sandy literally turned the water brown and Pickle took about one minute to wash because she's the size of a

05:07and then pickle actually started to become the braver dog still scared but she walked
05:12around to try and find her footing did she just come to you yeah pickle probably did
05:18this because she subscribed to the channel if you could too that would be amazing but
05:22that did make mochi a little too comfortable and she completely misread the route because of this
05:29it did make pickle a bit more on edge sandy clearly still needed some time she was found in a
05:35cardboard
05:35box near rubbish bins and she clearly had trust issues with other dogs that went okay not great
05:43let's see how they react to kobe oh yeah they can smell each other she's avoiding him
06:05i was very careful with sandy she was clearly overwhelmed and i didn't want to add to that
06:11but kobe could definitely feel that too so he sat near her but didn't stare at her
06:17but that still wasn't enough for sandy to feel comfortable
06:20i'm scared
06:29kobe's like who's that tiny little one pickle on the other hand wasn't doing too badly which is amazing
06:35considering she was just left in a carrier near a rescue in belarus some people can be so heartless
06:40and now it's time for all dogs to meet at the same time
06:58that's my lovely mum who came to say hello to sandy who was clearly still very uncomfortable
07:05while sandy is still really standoffish after a few days things actually got a bit better
