00:00Texas winning it all.
00:02Sark's been close.
00:04Two years in a row, he's in the final four.
00:07Lost to Ohio State, obviously, two years ago.
00:09Last year, they did not make it at 9-3.
00:12They go 10-2 and don't lose to Ohio State.
00:14They get in.
00:15Or they play somebody else and win, they get in.
00:18What are your thoughts on Texas winning it all?
00:22That's not crazy at all.
00:24I think a theme this upcoming season as far as successful teams is returning talent.
00:28And Texas has that.
00:30They have Colin Simmons, who's going to be a first-rounder.
00:32Arch Manning, who's trying to prove himself as a number one overall pick type of player.
00:37So on both sides of the ball, they've got a lot of pieces that are going to be returning.
00:40They've got a lot of experience.
00:41So I think that they're going to do great this year.
00:44Of course, I think that Ohio State-Texas game, that's going to be really a benchmark to see
00:48where both of those teams are at.
00:50But Texas, if they get into the playoffs, then it's anyone's game.
00:53Once you get in, you have the opportunity to win it all.
00:56Well, another thing that I think is just brave on her part, an Indiana alum saying that Notre
01:00Dame also has a big chance to win a national championship.
01:03Like, if people say she's biased and she's coming out and saying that, then you've got
01:07to rescind that comment.
01:08Because that takes a lot of heart right there to say that.
01:11Well, what's interesting is I think everybody thought, if you're an SEC fan, you're like,
01:14Texas, Georgia, or Notre Dame.
01:18And I was waiting.
01:19Was she going to say, like, Bama?
01:20Is she going to throw Ole Miss in there?
01:21And she went with Notre Dame, which Notre Dame has some of the best odds to make it.
01:26I think they're just below Ohio State.
01:27Let's pat through that up there from our friends over at FanDuel.
01:30And look at Notre Dame.
01:31Then you have Oregon, Texas, Georgia, and then ultimately Indiana.
01:37So in the top, what, six?
01:39There's three Big Ten, two SEC, and Notre Dame obviously being an independent.
01:44But that's very interesting because when she said Texas, Georgia, I thought she said,
01:48like, the SEC is going to end their reign.
01:50Well, maybe, but it also might be ended by Notre Dame, who obviously lost to Ohio State
01:57two years ago in the national championship.
01:59And by the way, just like Texas, didn't make it in next year.
02:02All right, we're going to go through this now and break down.
02:06ESPN put out their playoff predictor.
02:08So they've got their chances to make the CFP, they've got chances to get a first-round buy,
02:15and then the chance to win the whole darn thing.
