00:27Okay, now let's just have a look at this image for a moment, shall we?
00:31You've got the rising sun flag, which is a remnant of World War II.
00:35We've got a bunch of guys in Japanese World War II uniforms with World War II weapons, but
00:43more importantly, or more oddly even, check out the guy in the middle there wearing the
00:52German World War II uniform.
00:56So, they've made no effort.
00:58Either this is some cosplayers or some right-wing nutjobs or it's just an AI image or whatever
01:05nonsense it is.
01:07Tried to find something legit about this online, couldn't find anything legit.
01:12There were a few different types of reports.
01:14One was a bit less corny and they were saying that Japan is talking about employing ex-military
01:21officers, which would make more sense because military officers retire fairly young.
01:25Their public servants use those guys as enforcers, but even then couldn't find any legitimate
01:31reports.
01:32But I think we could, fair to say, that we could be fairly confident that World War II veterans
01:40that would now be around 100 years old won't be employed as immigration enforcers.
01:57It's just lazy clickbaiting and attention-seeking and myth-peddling, isn't it?
