00:20part of the Venezuela Rises Plan, an initiative aimed at accelerating reconstruction efforts
00:25following the June 24th earthquakes. Speaking from the January 23rd Parish, the Acting President
00:30said the program places organized communities at the center of the recovery process, with
00:35territorial brigades coordinating the restoration of public infrastructure and damaged housing.
00:40She highlighted the role of the people's power in rebuilding affected areas, stressing that
00:45reconstruction is being carried out alongside local residents and reaffirming the government's
00:50commitment to providing comprehensive support to families impacted by the earthquakes.
01:01As you know, from the very beginning, we activated the Presidential Commission for Housing Rehabilitation
01:07to carry out assessments. So far, more than 30,000 homes have been inspected and classified as yellow,
01:15green or red. At this moment, under the Venezuela Rises Plan, we are actively carrying out work on
01:21more than 12,000 homes that were classified as yellow homes that can be restored because they
01:27have no structural damage or failures and only require intervention. Homes classified as red are
01:33still under evaluation to determine what course of action should be taken.
