00:31received a green classification of 15,000 were marked yellow and 11,658 red. Authority stressed
00:39that a red classification does not automatically mean demolition. Instead, each cage will undergo
00:45detailed assessments to determine whether buildings can be reinforced, repaired or must
00:50be replaced. The inspections are part of a broader reconstruction strategy aimed not only
00:55at repairing earthquake damage but also at strengthening future construction and improving the safety
01:00and resilience of Venezuela's infrastructure. Garces added that the Maquetilla International
01:05Airport landing strips are fully operational, again, as work continues toward the complete
01:11recovery of the country's main air terminal.
