00:23months it's about 620 square feet it's an open floor plan so the kitchen and the living room are
00:31almost in the same space my balcony is really the star of the show it is a whole vibe i've

00:37this area for about three years i love living downtown everything is pretty pretty convenient
00:43at my apartment complex we have a ton of amenities we have a rooftop pool we have a bowling alley
00:51and i absolutely love it
00:55if i had to describe my apartment in three words it would be modern custom and muted primarily i work
01:04in sports in the sales industry i'm also an influencer and content creator and i also host a
01:11lot of red carpets do a lot of interviews as well so i have a lot of things that fall
01:16underneath my
01:17umbrella and always looking for more things to do more ways to make money so we are entering my
01:23hallway here we have my main closet is in the hallways so it houses all of my clothes all of
01:30my shoes
01:31everything i need to get ready and of course you guys know that we are in atlanta so you know

01:36to represent for the falcons none other rides up okay and right across from my closet is my bathroom
01:46so let's go check it out my bathroom actually one of my favorite rooms in my apartment this is the

01:53i took the most time with and the one that i planned out the most this painting is something
01:58that i made myself i was like how can i save money but also make my home look really really

02:04so i decided to start making my own art i wanted everything to be very contemporary and i wanted
02:10everything to be very very reflective of my personality which i think it is because i have a
02:15lot of custom pieces that i've made myself so this stool i got from amazon it definitely brings a sense
02:21of tranquility and i love a good stand-up shower because i feel like it just elevates the bathroom
02:27one of the most peaceful spots in the apartment let's go ahead and move into my bedroom
02:35now we are here in my bedroom i did a little something different so i incorporated nude neutral
02:42colors so like beige light browns anything within that family you'll see that there are actually no
02:48windows in here which is something that i wasn't used to personally i had to use lighter colors that way
02:55we can kind of bring a little bit more light into the space mirrors are super important to me
02:59especially with having a smaller space if you have a smaller space i'm sure you can relate because we
03:04always are looking for ways to make our rooms feel bigger so as we walk this way we have one
03:08of my
03:09absolute favorite diy projects which is this lamp so i bought some black marble contact paper and i
03:16wrapped it around this lamp and i get so many compliments on it even to this day here you'll see

03:24i'm very big on cleanliness i'm very big on tidiness i think when you have a clean space i think

03:30a clean head space i think your energy is aligned and when your space is not aligned i think it's

03:36reflective in your energy and your mood 100 percent so at the end of the hallway it leads into the
03:44kitchen
03:45as you can see all the appliances are stainless steel most of the cabinets are gray i absolutely love
03:52gray gray might be my favorite color i do have a baby island my apartment didn't come with one so

03:58ordered it from amazon and then i went in and spray painted it myself as you see the base is

04:04the top is white to go along with my countertops as well as my cabinets this is where i make

04:11boards so i make my drinks so i do a little bit of everything so it's perfect
04:19as we enter my living room i actually painted my walls and i know that some people are anti-paint
04:27when it comes to apartments but i really wanted that dark and moody feel so this is my fireplace i
04:33got it from amazon i get all things from amazon the fireplace to me it's very classy very sophisticated
04:40and that's exactly what i was going for here and that it also matches that dark aesthetic too
04:45and we have all the lights off trust me this is a vibe hands down my favorite and most comfy

04:52in my apartment all right so now we're gonna move out to the balcony which is the start of the

05:06points when it came to choosing this apartment my balcony is absolutely my favorite space in my
05:13apartment or out of my apartment so my balcony i like to think of it as a rooftop lounge so

05:19a lot of seating areas the tiles were definitely one of my biggest splurges however they look amazing
05:26we also have the bar that's where i host a lot of my mixology events i make mojitos old fashions
