00:05I think they've actually gotten better on defense. I mean, you know, I mean, here are the Cowboys right now,
00:10four playoff wins since 2000. Do they turn the ship around here? And do they get it done this year?
00:16Maybe get to a conference title game?
00:19Well, I don't know if I can go that far, but I wouldn't put it past them to win the
00:23division, Dan. I'm actually kind of high on the Cowboys this year. And I'm not a Cowboy fan. I don't
00:29really care. I'm pretty neutral on this team. But, you know, I'm not one of these offseason guys that is,
00:35you know, pro Cowboys every year, America's team. And here we go. And it feels like finally the buzz is
00:42kind of quieted a little bit. Like, I don't know if people have given up, but you know how it
00:46is in the offseason.
00:47Every year it's Cowboy season, like you say, right? It feels like that has been dumbed down a little bit
00:52and the expectations have been lowered. And I think that's a great thing for the Cowboys. I think you're absolutely
00:58right. They improved the defense. And, you know, who would have thought that trading Micah Parsons could be a benefit?
01:04But I think it's worked out in their favor. And that's really probably where their weaknesses are, are on the
01:10defensive side of the ball. We know they have weapons on offense.
01:13The other thing I really like, Dan, is Brian Schottenheimer. I really like the demeanor he had on the sidelines.
01:20He didn't look like the last few Cowboys coaches we've had that looked like they were Jerry Jones puppets.
01:27I thought Schottenheimer handled himself very well. It seemed like he had control of that team and he had the
01:32locker room and he had everything working in the right direction.
01:35And, you know, it feels like everybody's not giving these guys a chance. And that's usually a good time to
01:41bet on the yes. You know, the Eagles, we know they're probably the preseason favorite.
01:46What's John Harbaugh going to do in reviving the Giants? I imagine they'll improve. They're still battling some injuries offensively.
01:54And the commanders, what can we expect out of them?
01:57You know, they ascended so high and then they regressed. And where do they come back next year? But I
02:03think the one team that, again, kind of is flying under the radar, believe it or not, is the Dallas
02:10Cowboys.
02:10I kind of think they're a bet on, Dan. I like the fact that you put tickets down on your
