00:21for the sake of this conversation, if they don't get along, that's why you don't do it.
00:25That's why you keep Francisco Lindor. Now, as far as why the Mets won't trade him outside of the
00:30baseball stuff, they're not going to eat his contract and you'd be trading him when he's
00:34not at his peak value. So business-wise, it makes absolutely no sense. I understand my fellow Met
00:39fans, they want red meat. They already got it with Carlos Mendoza. They want it with David Stearns.
00:44And quite frankly, they want it with Positive Tommy. But they're not going to get a piece of
00:47Positive Tommy. Not yet. I'm not waving the white flag. And I understand you're upset, you're
00:52frustrated, you're aggravated, you are anxious about the future. But being a prisoner of the
00:59moment is not the way to... It's okay as a fan, but as a business, as an organization, as a

01:06you are trading away one of your best players. And I know a lot of Met fans, my fellow Met

01:12were upset that the Mets let Pete Alonso walk out the door. Why? Pete Alonso hit one of the biggest
01:18home runs that, at least in my lifetime as a Met fan, Francisco Lindor, the next series,
01:23hit a bigger home run. So why is it okay to mourn for Pete, but with Francisco Lindor,
01:29we want to kick him out the door? I am not for the drama. If I want to watch reality

01:38care if she does a podcast with Mom Donnie. I don't care about stuff like that. I care about what's
01:43going on with my baseball team and as far as who is going to be on the field and give

01:47chance to win.
