00:00I think he said this after the game we talked about a couple days ago.
00:03He doesn't know a ton of this offense yet to be able to execute it.
00:08He also doesn't have a ton of time on task with the wide receiving core.
00:12And so sometimes that means you get locked in.
00:14And when you're locked in on somebody, it gets much easier for a defense to defend you.
00:18So it's going to be a challenge for J.J. McCarthy.
00:22And that's something that at 3-2-1, sitting a game a half atop the division, it's not ideal.
00:30But I can see why they want a spark.
00:31They want what J.J. McCarthy gave you at the end of that Saints game,
00:35which is the ability to push the ball downfield.
00:37He had a very high completion percentage or at least above expected completion percentage
00:42on balls over 20 yards, even though a couple of those were bad throws
00:46that Charlie Jones and we talked about extensively on Monday,
00:49which should have been intercepted.
00:50It just got lucky and Charlie Jones was aware enough to catch it for a big 49-yard gain.
00:55And so the things that they want from J.J. McCarthy,
00:59I don't think are going to be as easy as they felt last week against the Saints.
