00:00You've heard me say it.
00:01You're going to continue to hear me say it.
00:03Chip away, chip away, chip away.
00:09Until you get to that 7-8-9 game winning streak.
00:12Which I know for a lot of you out there, you're like,
00:13they're not going to win 7-8-9 games.
00:16Teams win 7-8 games in a row.
00:18Baseball is a long year.
00:19You can have an 8-game losing streak, you can have an 8-game winning streak.
00:25And if they can get that offense going and get their footing
00:29and go on that streak, all of a sudden,
00:32much like where the Yankees are at right now,
00:33and it's different in that they've played better, obviously, throughout the year,
00:37but the same type of thing applies where it was looking a little dicey there
00:40as far as the division, and all of a sudden,
00:42Rays go on a losing streak, Yankees go on a winning streak,
00:45and things can flip in 7 days.
00:49Much like it is with the Mets.
00:50And they started off May really strong,
00:52and they have an opportunity to finish May on a strong note
00:54if they can take care of business against the Marlins.
00:57And really, they should in the sense that
00:59Miami just takes great pleasure in sticking it to the Mets
01:02and just kind of rubbing their face in it.
01:04Now it's the Mets' turn to return that favor.
