The Court of Appeal has rejected a bid by the State-run Urban Development Corporation, to fast-track its appeal to evict vendors from the iconic Breakfast Shed.
Today's decision means that vendors at the waterfront food hub are legally protected and can remain open for business until a full trial takes place next January.
