Just how good is this Patriots roster?? Where does it rank?
Do you agree with the 2026 ESPN rank of 7? In your opinion, should the Patriots be in the top 5? Biggest strength? Biggest weakness?
Transcript
00:00So my lead this morning, I wanted to give you a little bit of a football lead because we're only,
00:04I think it's like 18 to 18 days away from Patriots training camp, about 60 days or so away from
00:10the NFL season.
00:11And the ESPN has started to do their rankings every year.
00:15They do this during the summer.
00:16Here we go.
00:17Your top 10 by position.
00:19But the first one they posted was the ranking the 2026 NFL rosters.
00:26So entire rosters kind of where teams rank.
00:28Would anybody like to take a guess where the New England Patriots rank in best rosters in the NFL in
00:352026?
00:36Wow.
00:36Rosters?
00:37Yep.
00:37Full roster.
00:38Full roster.
00:39I would probably say 7th.
00:44Mago?
00:45I was going to say 8th.
00:47Wiggy.
00:47Okay.
00:47Nailed it.
00:48This guy is all over the map.
00:50Did you already read it, Wiggy?
00:51No, I didn't read it.
00:52So the New England Patriots came in at number 7 on their list.
00:56Their biggest strength, according to ESPN, is their secondary, especially if Christian Gonzalez gets a contract extension.
01:02Their biggest weakness, edge rusher.
01:04Yep.
01:04I think we all agree.
01:05And the kind of X factor, something that could go one way or the complete opposite, would be the offensive
01:10line.
01:10Yep.
01:10I think we kind of all are on the same page.
01:12It's very self-explanatory.
01:15And the only AFC teams ahead of the New England Patriots on this ranking are the Baltimore Ravens and the
01:21Buffalo Bills.
01:21Okay.
01:22They're ahead of a team like the Denver Broncos.
01:25They're ahead of teams like the Texans and the Chargers.
01:28And I think that is a clear indication to people, it should be, that even though the New England Patriots
01:34schedule is going to be a little bit more difficult this year,
01:36this should still be a really good football team.
01:39If you have the third best roster in the AFC, you should still be a competitive playoff team pushing for
01:47a division win against a team whose roster, according to them, is better than yours.
01:50But you beat them last year.
01:51Won the division against the Bills last year.
01:53I think you can do it again this year.
01:55And I also don't necessarily buy the Baltimore Ravens.
01:58I mean, they were just as good last year almost.
02:00And they just fell apart.
02:02Lamar got hurt.
02:03Things didn't go their way.
02:04Even when he played, they started the season, what was it, 0-3, 0-4.
02:08Like, that team, I don't know what's going on.
02:09They have a brand-new head coach.
02:11The Buffalo Bills have a brand-new head coach.
02:13That, to me, is the bigger point, Shime.
02:15And, like, comparing these rosters is super fascinating at this point in the season, or offseason, rather.
02:21But it's, you have so much continuity with this program right now.
02:27And these other teams, in a way, are starting over a little bit.
02:30Yeah, they have their superstar quarterbacks, and they have good rosters around them.
02:34But you don't know if these coaches can lead them.
02:37Yeah, and I think the only thing for the Bills, right, Joe Brady, at least the offense will probably be
02:41the same, just because they're promoting the offensive quarter.
02:44But who knows if Joe Brady can be a head coach and call the plays at the same time.
02:48Like, I think a lot of the guys in the league who have tried to do that, some have succeeded,
02:53no question.
02:54Guys like Sean McVay, guys like Kyle Shanahan.
02:57And then there's others that have tried to call the plays and be the head coach and have not, and
03:01have struggled mightily.
03:02A guy like Mike McCarthy, at times, has struggled a ton with that play sheet in his face.
03:06And so I just look at the continuity the Patriots have.
03:09If you have the seventh-best roster or the third-best roster in the AFC, you should, without question, be
03:14competing to get back to the AFC title game.
03:16Look, I'm not telling you you have to be back in the Super Bowl.
03:19I understand a lot of times the team in the Super Bowl tends to, whatever it is, catch the injury
03:23bug, get cursed a little bit in that following season.
03:26But I think if you can maintain injury, stay healthy a little bit, you're definitely a playoff team.
03:32You should be able to win a round and get close to the AFC.
03:34And I think it's pretty easy to see why they were ranked where they were ranked.
03:40I think the biggest thing that I look at when I look at those teams that are ahead of them,
03:45I think they ultimately came down and they go, all right, because, remember, it's roster.
03:51And we're in the minds of probably everybody that was, you know, coming up with this look and go, all
03:58right, where are those other teams better?
04:00It probably comes down to the quarterback.
04:02And we all love Drake.
04:03Oh, see, I think it's the offensive line.
04:05See, I think it's like we all love Drake May.
04:07But I think in the world of just like these people, they go, Josh Allen, Lamar Jackson, still better than
04:14Drake May.
04:15Sure, yeah.
04:16Okay, but this is what's funny to me because I'm looking at this list, Shyam, and they have the biggest
04:20strength for each team.
04:21So you go to number two is the Philadelphia Eagles' biggest strength is offensive tackle.
04:25You're like, totally makes sense.
04:27A lot of people don't think Jalen Hurts is anything so special.
04:30He benefits from just having that rock-solid offensive line.
04:35But you go up to the Rams and biggest strength is quarterback.
04:38Now, I understand that with Matthew Stafford.
04:41Right.
04:41But Drake May was the runner-up for MVP last year.
04:44But it was only one year.
04:46See, that's the thing Drake May is getting hit with.
04:47I think Drake May is still in that – when he's viewed by others outside of New England, I think
04:56they go –
04:56You got to do it again.
04:57Yeah, like, all right, he had an unbelievable –
04:59They think he's a little fluky, maybe?
05:01No, no different than Jaden Daniels.
05:03Great first kind of year as you start in quarterback.
05:06Drake May had a better season than Jaden Daniels had in his rookie year.
05:08No, no, no, but the point I'm making is it's only one year.
05:11Like, all right, show us you can do it again.
05:13Now that the defenses know you and they kind of – they understand where your strengths and weaknesses are,
05:19show us that you can do it again.
05:21Whereas a guy like Matthew Stafford has done it for a long period of time, Josh Allen, Lamar Jackson.
05:26And how many times have we heard the easy schedule get thrown against Drake May for having such a good
05:30season?
05:30So, like, a lot of people – Wiggy's right.
05:32I think a lot of people are in, hey, you need to prove to me you can do it in
05:36back-to-back seasons.
05:37It's not just a one-off.
05:38Right.
05:39And I get that.
05:39I believe he will do that, especially with A.J. Brown and Romeo Dobbs on this roster now.
05:43I think the offense is way better as long as the offensive line is good.
05:48All you need the offensive line to do is exactly what they did last year in the regular season.
05:51In the regular season, not the postseason.
05:53Right.
05:53In the regular season.
05:54And Drake May has another fantastic year.
05:56Right.
05:56And that's the thing.
05:58That's the knock on Drake May right now.
06:00That's the thing what's knocking him down a little bit is he's young and he's only had one year.
06:05So, in the mind of everybody else, it was a great year, but it's only one.
06:11Can you do it again?
06:11And we've seen a lot of quarterbacks have one good year and then fall off after that.
06:17So, I think when teams start to compare him to the rest of those guys and they go – because
06:22it's interesting.
06:23What's the strength for the New England Patriots on that –
06:27The secondary.
06:28So, like, cornerback and safety.
06:29Like, it's basically saying what is their strongest position group.
06:33Yep.
06:33But it's just kind of funny that two of these in the top seven, including the Bills and the Rams,
06:39the position group is just quarterback.
06:41Which is weird to me, especially with the Rams.
06:42It's like just picking one player.
06:43Because in the Rams, you also have Puka Nakua, who's arguably the best receiver in football right now.
06:47Oh, you also have Miles Garrett, by the way.
06:49Couldn't the biggest strength be more like, I don't know, quarterback-receiver chemistry?
06:55Yeah.
06:55Or, like, duo that they prove that they can play together?
06:58And Matthew Stafford.
06:59But nobody looks at it like that.
07:00You know how we are in football.
07:02Well, in football, it's like, how good is your quarterback, right?
07:05Everybody – he gets – quarterback gets all the credit.
07:07And I get what you're saying.
07:09You have Puka Nakua and you have Devontae Adams.
07:11But it's always about the quarterback.
07:13It's Matthew Stafford and what he's been able to do over years.
07:17Because you can have Puka Nakua and Devontae Adams.
07:20But if you just had some other quarterback in there, it doesn't necessarily mean that you're going to have the
07:25same type of production.
07:26But if you're looking at the Patriots and you had to choose one or the other, let's say you had
07:32to trade away one without whatever – you had to part with one.
07:36Would you part with Christian Gonzalez and, let's say, Kevin Byard, who you just got, who's this great safety, and
07:42that's your secondary?
07:43Or would you part with Drake May?
07:45Oh, you'd part with Gonzalez.
07:47Yeah, it's not even a question.
07:48Yeah, but that's the –
07:50That's where it's funny to me.
07:51But you got to understand that's the –
07:52It's so much more valuable.
07:53But it's the quarterback position.
07:55The quarterback position is always the value, the most important thing.
07:59But when they start to look at it, they go – based on where they are and then being on
08:05the same team.
08:05And when I'm talking about Drake May and Christian Gonzalez, Christian Gonzalez is probably the better player at his position
08:13right now than Drake May is.
08:15Because, obviously, you got guys like Josh Allen, Patrick Mahomes.
08:18So, if you were to rank them, Gonzalez is going to be ranked higher at his position where Drake May
08:24is going to be ranked lower because he has a bunch of – you know, not a bunch, but a
08:28few guys in front of him that elite players.
08:30I just think it's a funny way of ranking it.
08:33And I understand it's not just about the most – the strongest one position group.
08:38But it's like, yeah, you can say that the Rams have the best quarterback in the league.
08:44He came off the MVP award.
08:46But you're also looking at a Patriots roster that added A.J. Brown and Kevin Byard and is going to
08:54extend Christian Gonzalez most likely.
08:55And, like, they're so on the upswing compared to where the Rams are.
09:00Yeah.
09:00The Patriots roster is, I think, really, really good.
09:03And that's why I'm excited for this season.
09:04So, isn't the Rams roster?
09:06I mean –
09:06Oh, the Rams roster is out of –
09:07It is, but –
09:08You added the best player in football, and there's still a small chance that you could get Aaron Donald to
09:15come out.
09:15He's not coming back.
09:16You are on Aaron Donald's watch every week.
09:18I am on that watch.
09:20I will.
09:20Maybe if they're making a playoff run.
09:22617-779-7937.
09:24I thought it was also interesting to note they also started with their position rankings of the top 10.
09:29They did running back first.
09:31Travion Henderson actually got honorable mention notice.
09:34Okay.
09:34So, I found that interesting.
09:36So, he's unranked.
09:37So, they don't have a top 10 running back.
09:38He's not in the top 10 at all.
09:39Okay.
09:40But he was in the honorable mention section, which means he got a vote at least to be in the
09:44top 10 by somebody.
09:45Kalena, bring this list to you guys' attention.
09:49Earlier, during my lead, I talked about the New England Patriots having the 7th best roster in the NFL according
09:54to the rankings that ESPN has put out.
09:57They started breaking down their top 10 players by position.
10:00Yesterday, they did running back.
10:02But today, they've released the list of top 10 corners.
10:06Christian Gonzalez, I'll spoil it, is on the list.
10:09But where do you believe Christian Gonzalez ranks among the cornerbacks in the NFL?
10:14All right.
10:14So, I nailed the position at number 7.
10:17Yes, you did.
10:18You nailed the roster at number 7.
10:19Can I guess first this time?
10:20Go ahead.
10:21I'm going to guess 3.
10:22Okay.
10:22Wiggy?
10:26Silence.
10:27Radio silence.
10:28That is a really good guess.
10:31That's why I wanted to go first.
10:32That is a really good guess.
10:36I was going to go 3.
10:38You can guess it too.
10:41I'll roll the dice and go 2.
10:45He is number 3 on the list.
10:48Pat Sertan came in at number 1.
10:50Derek Stingley at number 2.
10:52Yes.
10:52And then Christian Gonzalez at number 3.
10:54And one of the guys we've talked about a lot in terms of Christian Gonzalez's contract
10:59because he's also up for a contract.
11:00Happens to have the same agent.
11:02Devin Witherspoon is number 4 on the list as well.
11:05Yeah, what's going on with him, by the way?
11:06Do we have any updates?
11:08I know this is the dead zone.
11:09So, I haven't seen one in a while.
11:10The last update I saw, though, is that the sides were nowhere close.
11:14Okay, cool.
11:14So, Seattle's the same thing.
11:16Like, there's no whispers or anything coming out of it.
11:19Correct.
11:19The agent just takes all of July.
11:21Yeah.
11:21He's probably on Nantucket.
11:23We do nothing until August 1st.
11:25Maybe he's out in Bermuda or something.
11:27Yeah.
11:27But the Seahawks also have a ton of guys that they have to try and pay or move on from.
11:31So, Witherspoon's going to be one of those guys that they're going to have to really decide on here soon.
11:37Well, I mean, because they paid JSN.
11:40Yep.
11:40They let Boye Mafé go.
11:43Yep.
11:44They let Kenneth Walker go.
11:46Sam Donald.
11:46Didn't they give him...
11:48That was before last season.
11:49It was like a three-year or $100 million deal, I think, along those lines.
11:53Okay.
11:53So, you think he might want an extension?
11:56No.
11:56I mean, he still has two years left on this deal.
11:58So, probably not until next season.
12:00Okay.
12:00He won't need an extension.
12:01Right.
12:01And I would be...
12:02But if he has another good year, you're going to need to give him an extension next year.
12:05Yes.
12:05But I would hold out to see, like, can he have another good year?
12:08I don't want to get caught in the Geno Smith world.
12:10You know what I mean?
12:12I mean, yeah, I would think that it'd probably be Witherspoon first to sign the deal.
12:18But that's...
12:19Because Gonzo's better?
12:20Yeah, because Gonzo's better.
12:21But you know what the market is.
12:23It's like...
12:23Yeah.
12:23I mean, the Trent McDuffie deal is right there.
12:26Does it matter?
12:27Does it really matter, though, to just be, like, in name, the highest paid corner in the league?
12:31It's about the guaranteed money.
12:33That's all it's about.
12:34That's all you think he cares about?
12:35It's about the total guaranteed money.
12:37That's what it is about.
12:39Right?
12:39That's where the respect is right now, right?
12:42So, Trent McDuffie got $100 million guaranteed.
12:45Number five on this list, by the way.
12:46All right.
12:47So, he got $100 million guaranteed.
12:49And if you're the third best corner on this list, I know they had Derek Stingley Jr. and...
12:54Pat Sertan.
12:55Sertan ahead of them.
12:56And I believe both of them were somewhere around the $80-ish, $90 million in guaranteed money.
13:01I think Pat Sertan got three for $90, almost fully guaranteed.
13:04They reworked it a little bit this last season to give him some more money.
13:07So, I think he's up to, like, $35 million a year.
13:09Stingley, I want to say, was also, like, three for $100 with, like, $80-something guaranteed.
13:15So, they were a couple years ago.
13:17So, if you're Gonzalez, you're going to be looking to set the market.
13:21So, you're going to be looking at McDuffie's guarantee.
13:24You're going to say, okay, I want $105 million.
13:26I want $110 fully guaranteed based on what Witherspoon gets.
13:30Say, Witherspoon gets $105 million.
13:31Then you'll be saying, I want $110.
13:33And that's the thing that matters more than anything.
13:37Not the A, V, not the full contract.
13:40But do you think Gonzalez is specifically waiting for Witherspoon?
13:43Or would he sign the deal?
13:44If the Patriots came to him with $115 million guaranteed, do you think he would just sign it tomorrow?
13:48I think he would.
13:49I think he would.
13:50But they're not going to do that because they're going to try to save every $2 million that they can.
13:54So, they'll wait to see what Witherspoon does.
13:56And give him exactly $1 million more than Witherspoon.
13:58Yeah.
13:58I think they'll ultimately wait because Witherspoon isn't going to go to Seattle and go, oh, I want more than
14:06Gonzalez.
14:07He's then going to, they're going to have to figure out, okay, where do we put Witherspoon when it comes
14:12to, you know, what Gonzalez made at the top of the market?
14:15And then where Trump McDuffie is.
14:17Do we feel like he's, and this is Seattle I'm talking about.
14:20Well, because that's what Houston did exactly with Stingley, right?
14:22Sertan signs his contract, $390,000, I think it was like fully guaranteed.
14:26Sauce Gardner signed his.
14:27Stingley signs three for $118,000 and $89 million guaranteed.
14:31Exactly $1 million less than what Pat Sertan got.
14:33Right, because remember, Sauce was like, I think he was at like $89,000 or something fully guaranteed.
14:39The smartest thing to do, but who the hell knows if the Patriots are going to even do it,
14:44is just say, okay, we're willing to give you a $115,000.
14:48And just be done with it.
14:50Yeah.
14:50Just have him ready to go at the beginning of camp.
14:52100%.
14:53Have him working out with the team.
14:54Ready to go.
14:55Through all the drills.
14:56Right.
14:56Once the pads come on, he's in the best condition that he can be in.
15:00Right.
15:00And you're ready to go.
15:02You're not messing around with any of this.
15:04I know people are like, ah, maybe his agent is trying to get him to be the highest paid
15:07non-quarterback in the league.
15:09No, he's not getting what.
15:10He's not getting Miles Garrett, Max Crosby.
15:12No, not to get about Miles Garrett, Max.
15:14He's not getting what Will Anderson Jr. got.
15:16I think Will Anderson.
15:17Will Anderson, as some would call him.
15:18Yeah.
15:18He got, what, $135,000 or something guaranteed.
15:21I forget.
15:22Something crazy.
15:22I think the question going forward, as you think about what just happened with Jalen Brown
15:27and Jason Tatum, is after this year, you're looking at the extension for Drake May, and
15:33you're going to probably have to pay him at top market value.
15:36Oh, yeah.
15:37That's going to be the key.
15:38And honestly, does A.J. Brown, if he has a great year this year, let's say he has,
15:45Shime, you were saying that you could see him having like 1,300 yards, right?
15:48Oh, I could see him having 1,500 yards.
15:50Okay.
15:50If he's getting 1,500 yards this year, do you think A.J. Brown next offseason looks around?
15:55Let's say he helps them back to a deep playoff run, and he looks at the contract he's on
16:00and says, this is hunky-dory, I'm good with this?
16:02Well, he has three years left on his deal, so, I mean, his contract is a lot longer.
16:07Like, you have a longer leash.
16:09And he's older.
16:10Yeah, but come on.
16:12That's the point, though.
16:13He's older.
16:13If he's still putting up that production, you don't think he turns around and says,
16:16hey, I think I need a pretty big sweetener on this next year.
16:19I don't think he needs an extension, but you rework it a little bit.
16:22Rework it and give him a sign-up bonus.
16:24Yeah, it works for the patch because, okay, we'll give you a couple more million guaranteed up front.
16:27We free up cap space.
16:29It's like one of those things.
16:30Right.
16:30It'll be like, all right, here's what we're going to do.
16:32We're going to rework this deal.
16:33We'll give you a nice sign-up bonus, but we're going to bring your AAV down,
16:36which will help us when it comes up.
16:38Do you think they're going to do that when they have two premium positions
16:41that they're paying top of the market?
16:43Yeah, absolutely.
16:44I think it works perfectly because if you do that with A.J. Brown,
16:46you give him the cash now, the contract extension or the contract you give to Drake May
16:51won't kick in for another two years anyways.
16:54So, yes, you're giving him the extension, but that new contract money won't kick in
16:58for a couple years, so you're kind of pacing out your money, right?
17:00You're giving the money now.
17:01You're giving a little sweetener to A.J. Brown.
17:03The Christian Gonzalez contract starts kicking in.
17:06The Drake May contract is signed, but it doesn't really kick in until down the road a little bit.
17:10But the signing bonus kicks in.
17:12Sure, the signing bonus does.
17:13Right, so that could be a giant piece of change, right?
17:16Like, the contract, like, if Christian Gonzalez signs his deal this fall,
17:22he won't get the money this season.
17:25It'll kick in after this season.
17:27I don't think it should be a foregone conclusion that they're giving all those guys the money that they want.
17:32No, but he will get a signing bonus, like, to sign, and that's cash.
17:37Yeah, but, like, even I'm looking at the Trent McDuffie deal.
17:39Like, the signing bonus is, like, $2.8 million.
17:41The signing bonus is nothing.
17:43Yeah, but how much was the guarantee up front?
17:46The guarantees up front is—
17:48There's no way he did a deal where he only got $2. million to sign.
17:51So the roster bonus is $15 million.
17:54The signing bonus is $2.8 million.
17:55Now we're talking about it.
17:56Yeah, there's no way he just signed a deal and he's like, you know, they just said,
17:59okay, here's $25 million.
18:00So, like, the first year of the new contract is $12 million base, $2.8 signing bonus, $15 million roster
18:07bonus.
18:07We've talked about this before.
18:08Whatever that number is.
18:09I just think it's, like, it's going to be very eye-opening when we're talking about what the Celtics are
18:15going through with their league right now
18:16and they have a new CBA that they're dealing with.
18:18With the Patriots, it's been a long time since they had to sit there and, well, had really the opportunity
18:25to pay a couple premium guys on these big extensions.
18:30And is it a foregone conclusion that they're going to pony up that cash all within two years of each
18:36other?
18:36I mean, if Drake May is this good, you have to pony up that money.
18:38You don't have a choice.
18:39Do they make it difficult?
18:41Do they say Brady used to take less?
18:43I think so.
18:44Yeah, they're probably going to play hardball.
18:45Knowing the Patriots.
18:46Because you've got to – okay, if Drake May has another really good year.
18:51Like top five MVP candidate.
18:54Let's say top five MVP candidate.
18:56Have your computer ready to go on this one.
18:58I got you.
18:59So now you're talking Josh Allen type of contract?
19:03Because it's probably not a Patrick Mahomes type deal, right?
19:06No, you're not getting 10 years, half a billion dollars.
19:09So you're going Josh Allen.
19:10Which is 6-3-30.
19:126-3-30.
19:13With –
19:13250, I believe.
19:15Correct.
19:15250 guaranteed.
19:16So we start in here.
19:18That's a quarter billion guaranteed.
19:21So you're probably looking at what?
19:22Six for 400 with like 280 million guaranteed?
19:27280 guaranteed?
19:29If I'm his agent and he has another MVP caliber year, top five, I'm asking for – we starting high.
19:37I'm starting 6-400 mil.
19:40Yeah, 6-400 mil with 280 million guaranteed.
19:42That's 30 million guaranteed more than Josh Allen and 70 million overall more than Josh Allen.
19:47Wiggy, Wiggy, honestly, does this make you angry that you weren't born like 20 years later?
19:51Oh, when my mother was alive, I said, what were you doing?
19:54You couldn't have waited until like 1993 or 94 to have me.
19:58He had to have me at 75 in 1975.
20:01So can you imagine Drake May's agent sliding over that napkin to Robert Kraft?
20:07They can't do that to Robert for his health.
20:09Wait a second.
20:11He's going to be – he's going to say –
20:12That's dangerous to Robert Kraft.
20:14Yeah.
20:14He's going to say, is that 2.8 million?
20:16They're going to be like, no, no, no, no, no, no, no.
20:18No, no, no.
20:18That's 280 million.
20:19Oh, wait.
20:20Oh, that's just a total guaranteed.
20:23That's like me when I go into certain stores and I'm like, oh, this is only $40.
20:26Oh, there's another zero there.
20:29Oops, my thumb was on that.
20:30So ups, my bad.
20:31And so if I'm Drake May's agent and see, this is where the world of football has a domino effect.
20:38If they're doing this with Christian Gonzalez and they're making it difficult for him and they're like kind of dragging
20:45him along, what are they going to do to me when I want to be the guy who sets the
20:51market for the highest paid quarterback?
20:53Are they going to drag me along?
20:55I'm not – obviously they won't trade you, but is this something that's going to drag him along?
20:59How is that going to like – so like these are –
21:01Well, and he's going to have guys in his class where he's starting to jump in, but that are probably
21:05going to be having the same conversation because you have Caleb Williams.
21:08Yeah.
21:09You have Jaden Daniels.
21:10Right.
21:10And if Caleb Williams goes back to the playoffs again, he's going to have an argument for a big payday.
21:14Right.
21:14Yeah.
21:15Same with Jaden Daniels.
21:16Not going to be an easy conversation.
21:17No.
21:17And which one of those guys is going to get paid the most?
21:21And what the team is like, all right, we're going to take care of you because you're our guy.
21:24We're not going to – we're not going to, you know, like string you along.
21:28We're not going to play this dog and pony show with you.
21:30We're going to give you that deal.
21:31Now, I don't think that – I don't think that Jaden Daniels or Caleb Williams will be in a position
21:38potentially unless they have like an extremely great year.
21:41But I still think that's not enough to say, all right, we're going to put them ahead of Josh Allen.
21:46Because Drake May was second in MVP voting, if he finishes top five, he has a real case for that
21:53when it comes to like, all right, I want to be – I want to be – I want to
21:57set the market, which is making more than Josh Allen.
22:00So those guys might – they might not be in that world, but you're going to be as the New
22:04England Patriots in a position where you're going to have real conversations potentially with a guy that could be asking
22:10you for more than what Josh Allen got.
