00:00£15 million of extra cash has been awarded to councils across West Yorkshire to tackle potholes.

00:24Transport Capital Programme Director Simon Pope said the extra funding would have significant economic benefits,
00:31such as reduced vehicle repairs and improved journey times.
00:36The funding will pay for more than 20 kilometres of renewed highways and around 37,000 square metres of patching.
