00:00It's a funny thing when you've been at the same job since birth.
00:05I can speak to this because I have been part of our radio station here in Philadelphia, 92.5 XTU,
00:16for 27 years now.
00:19Amazing.
00:20And in that time, I've met a lot of people.
00:22And it's really cool because the country community is unlike any other.
00:26We truly are a family.
00:28I love that.
00:29I meet people, like sometimes I meet them when they're children, and then I see them when they're adults, and
00:34they have children.
00:35Right.
00:36Because I've been here that long.
00:38And it is gratifying.
00:39It doesn't make me feel old.
00:40It really makes me feel part of your family.
00:42And I am so appreciative of that.
00:44Country music runs deep.

00:46In the Philadelphia area, in the Boston area.
00:49I mean, we may be East Coast.
00:52We may be Mid-Atlantic, whatever it might be.
00:54But we love country music.

00:56So, it was really funny when we were at a concert over the weekend, and our intern, Paige, who's here

01:05Was like, oh my gosh, Andy.
01:08I just realized something.
01:10Tell us what you discovered while we were out together over the weekend.
01:14Yeah, so we were at Freedom Mortgage Pavilion for the anniversary show, and we pulled in, and my mom was
01:19like, oh, we've been here before.
01:21I forgot.
01:22And she was telling me about how we were here for Lady A 11 years ago.
01:26And when we were talking about it, I sort of had this memory of, oh my gosh, I met someone
01:31super famous at the Lady A concert, none other than Miss Andy Summers.
01:37No way.
01:37We saw the photo from 11 years ago, and it was so funny, especially because we were already there.
01:43Yeah.
01:44Yeah.
01:44So, 11 years ago.
01:46So, you have to imagine, like 11 years ago, I'm still a radio professional.
01:49Right.
01:50But 11 years ago, Paige was not a college student.
01:52She was a little girl.
01:53Right.
01:54She was just a little girl.
01:56So, then it's really funny how things change so differently for people over the years.
02:01In the past 11 years, I haven't changed all that much.
02:04Paige is a completely different person now.
02:05You're much bigger than you were 11 years ago.

02:08I mean, I was probably like 4'8 in that picture, and now I'm, you know, full 5'3, so

02:18It's the cutest thing.
02:19Your mom was at the show and chased us down and showed us the adorable photo.

02:23It is so joyful.
02:26It was so amazing.
02:28And then you two decided, thanks to Donnie, to replicate the photo almost in the same exact spot.
02:35We had to do it.
02:35So, that was the weirdest thing is when Paige's mom showed us the photo.
02:38We were 10 steps away from where the photo was taken.
02:42Where the original was taken, yeah.
02:43Literally inside of these doors, and it was right there.
02:46The same vendors are in the back, just different beers and stuff like that.

02:50But it was super cute.

03:00I was howling, laughing so hard, because Paige looks exactly like she does now.

03:07It's like, honey, I shrunk the kids.

03:08She's just teeny tiny.
03:10A thousand percent.

03:11And it was so funny.
03:12Paige looked at me, because when she first started with us, she said, I've been a fan
03:15of the radio station for years.
03:17And listen, like, we get it.
03:19We believe you.
03:20But she looks at us and goes, I told you I've been a fan for years.
03:23I was never allowed to.
03:25She has physical proof of the fandom.
03:27And that just absolutely was maybe the highlight.
03:30And it was a great night.
03:32But that was the highlight, because Paige, you've become such a great part of our show.
