00:10Building on Marsh Lane to make way for an 11-storey apartment block. The project would
00:15provide 205, one, two and three bedroom homes at the site near St Peter's Square and Leeds
00:23Bus Station. The proposed building would include rooftop gardens to provide a meeting place
00:29for tenants. Pre-application discussions were first held with council planners in 2022 and
00:35a full planning application from co-operative group and developer Oak Apple is out for consultation
00:41until the 3rd of July.
