00:00Outside of the Parliament, though, this evening, Opposition MP, Senior Counsel Keith Scotland
00:04gave a statement to the media in response to the Prime Minister's statement
00:07about the matters involving TNTAC and the Flavorite Company.
00:12We have done the claim, we did the entry for judgment in default of appearance on Flavorite
00:19and to resume or to make an allegation that because Montay is some PNM member
00:27that there was some collusion to suppress a TNTAC matter is a serious allegation
00:33and I call upon her to make those allegations outside of the Parliament
00:37because I have all my documentations and also, one will recall, in late 2024, up to 2025, the elections,

01:28I will defend it with the prominence that it deserves.
01:32The opposition MP and former Minister of Policing repeated his message to the Prime Minister.
01:37At no time would you see one document come in under the hand of Keith Scotland
01:43that anything was filed that was not filed.
01:48Secondly, the action is not statute barred because in 2024, the claim on behalf of TNTAC is refined
02:00and we have a stamped request for entry of judgment in the fault of appearance.
02:08They have taken back their files, but whatever happened after that is no concern of ours.
02:14And in those circumstances, I invite the Prime Minister to make these claims outside of the Parliament.
02:21I'll go to the right now.
02:21I'm going to go to the left.
02:22What if the Prime Minister wanted to know the
