00:00It's okay. It's okay. You're okay now. You're out here. It's okay.
00:11I go to the animal control and I'm walking around. I see Sarah in her enclosure and she's with
00:20another dog and this other dog is just like basically using her like a trampoline and she's
00:27just taking it. She had just given up. We made eye contact and just immediately had this incredible
00:36connection. They said she was actually suffering from a lot of kennel stress and that she was
00:48slated to be possibly euthanized. So I had made the decision. I was going to adopt her.
00:55Okay. It's okay.
00:58She just crawled across the entire front of the car and straight up into my lap and just
01:05leaned so heavy against me. She just had this overwhelming sense of freedom.
01:16You're perfect. Initially, she was very timid and she would just tiptoe through the house.
01:23She was very scared and very weak. See how she just kind of looks sad.
01:29One day I was in the kitchen and she saw a dish towel.
01:38I was like, do you want to play tug of war?
01:41I'll take it.
01:43It was a real big breakthrough. That was our first moment of like, this is actually really
01:48good. She fits in awesome here.
01:53She takes everything in. Every day is a joy with Sarah. She shows us how happy she is that
02:00she's here with us in our home and we couldn't be happier than to have her with us.
