Guy Saves A Pittie Stuck On A Bridge For Over 12 Hours

No one knows how she got there — watch her ask for belly rubs once she gets rescued. We talked to Kyle about how scary this rescue was, and the moment he knew she was gonna be OK!

00:00Somebody called in saying they saw this dog on the side of the bridge.

00:04She was so nervous, she was just trembling.

00:07I don't know how she got there.

00:09We gathered and knew what we were doing quick. We had to act fast.

00:13I had to take a few breaths. I knew this was a very dangerous situation.

00:18The wind was blowing the bridge.

00:20Every car that passed by, you could feel the bumps.

00:24A bunch of officers came out and stopped one lane of traffic on the bridge.

00:28The net's going to scare her.

00:35Once I had the leash around her, I knew she was safe.

00:38I wasn't going to let that leash go.

00:42I think she was just so scared from 12 hours of hearing cars drive by her and the bridge shaking.

00:47I think she knew that she was going to be safe.

00:50We do a thing called muzzle wrapping, so she can't bite us.

00:56She was pretty calm. She let it all happen.

01:01I just had a sigh of relief. It even brings emotion now.

01:05When we got her back to the shelter, she was just kind of shut down.

01:09She kind of pancaked, as we call it.

01:13I took her out to the play yards, and I gave her a bath.

01:25Once I saw she was letting us pet her, I knew she was going to be a great dog.

01:33She got adopted by a really cute family.

01:37She just went from fearful to the happiest dog.
