00:05Very thoughtful in everything that he does, strategic in terms of the setup and who he
00:12wants and the chemistry within the building and the different personalities and experiences
00:16that everyone brings to the group, which is really important.
00:20You can see how that's going to play out as we get into the offseason, developing our
00:26players as well as to in-season, preparing week in and week out.
00:29And I've been really happy with the staff.
00:32You can feel the energy in the room.
00:35Guys like Dennis Allen bringing a lot of different experiences into the building to help support
00:40Ben as well as the entire coaching staff.
00:43And then the energy that we have on the offensive side as well.
00:46These guys are juiced up.
00:48It's a totally different feel these days for group.
00:51Within the search, having a clear vision, having a clear vision of what every
00:55single position needs to have.
00:58Now, it's never going to be perfect.
01:00You can't have a prototype at every single position.
01:03But as a front office, we want to be as close as possible with that.
01:06So his ability to really give a clear vision of what he wants and needs to be successful

01:14And you can just tell the high football IQ is on a totally different level than what
01:21I've seen and been a part of before.
