00:10of crossover with people that we're really close to, actually we found out that he actually
00:16worked in the small little cubicle that I did when I was at Boston College just a year
00:20after which is crazy to think about but yeah, a lot of our friends, a lot of people that
00:26we trust, connect both of us and then when we got on the call and spent time with each
00:33other, there's just a vibe to it that was awesome, so I admired, obviously like I said
00:38we did a lot of research, there's Matt Feinstein in our group, put some data together that he's
00:46done some things that are like special in terms of getting the offense to operate at a high
00:50high level and that stood out, so he was always the top candidate but you never know, it's
00:56like the draft, you know, you never know how it's going to fall, so you have to be prepared
01:00and that's the reason why we do what we do.
01:01Yeah, just a clear vision in terms of how to put a winning football team together, really
01:08hit on a lot of the accountability, discipline, how we're going to work to get to where we
01:13need to get to, some of the things that I think, I know we fell short on this past year,

01:19confident he's going to address those things pretty quickly.
01:21And then when you add, you know, the draft capital, the space that we have, you know,
01:27the cap, we can do some damage to get this team where it needs to be.
