00:04He's a guy that I've respected really dating back to his time at Indy.
00:10I remember being in Miami and going against his defense for the first time,
00:13and you could tell that what those players are being coached technique-wise,
00:18it shows up on game day in terms of shedding blocks and rallying to the football.
00:22That carried over here for the three seasons, and I mean, make no mistake about it.
00:29It was one of the more challenging defenses that we faced when I was in Detroit.
00:34Would struggle to run the ball at times, really good red zone defense,
00:37and so, like I said, we've got to be on our stuff here this week to know who we have
00:43schematically,
00:43but also we've got to play with good pad level, we've got to play with good finish,
00:47and we've got to combat their swarm to the football mentality with population of the ball ourselves.
00:52Yeah, well, we've got guys in the building that know how his mind works,
00:56and so we had some information on just schematically how he liked to approach my offense in general
01:02and his feelings on Caleb.
01:05So I feel like we know what he knows, and we'll be just fine.
01:09I've been careful with everything I've said since the season started.
01:12I've been in pure coach-speak mode since the season started.
01:16So to me, it's just business as usual.
01:19I'm just fine.
01:19I like Tom, and we have a really good relationship.
01:22Like I said, I'm really not worried about it.
01:24I mean, we change week to week in terms of what we do.
01:27Schematically, he's going to be able to turn on the tape
01:29and see what everyone else in the world is seeing right now.
01:33Personnel-wise, really the same thing.
01:35It's not like I'm going to sit down with him and tell him,
01:37hey, don't do this to Caleb Williams or you might get it.
01:41There's not going to be any trade secrets that are going to be exchanged,
01:44but I really don't think it's that big of a deal, to be honest with you.
01:52I'm going to be honest with you.
