00:11and screen the football in its car park. Leeds City Council agreed to grant permission for the
00:17events after the opening hours were reduced. Drinks can be served outside until 11.20pm on
00:23the 17th and 23rd of June and until midnight on the 27th for England's first three matches of the
00:31tournament. Three temporary event notices were due to be heard by a licensing subcommittee
00:36but the hearing was not required after an agreement was reached with the applicant.
