00:03Bonjour et bienvenue à Tech Talks.
00:04Je suis aujourd'hui par Luc Demmen,
00:06président de l'Europe,
00:08le Middle East et l'Afrique à l'Adobe.
00:10Bonjour Luc. Bonjour Olivia.
00:11Lorsque l'expérience client est plus
00:14AI-driven,
00:15comment est l'Adobe
00:16aidant les entreprises
00:17à transformer ce changement ?
00:19Adobe a toujours été au forefront
00:21de l'innovation, pioneering
00:23digital marketing,
00:24management de l'expérience client,
00:25management, and now defining customer experience
00:27orchestration as the new standout.
00:29And we are living a massive shift
00:31right now. AI is transforming
00:33the way consumers discover and engage with
00:35brands. It's also transforming the
00:37enterprise that is becoming both human
00:39and agentic. So to succeed in this
00:41new reality, companies need to
00:43be able to orchestrate customer
00:45experiences seamlessly across the entire
00:47life cycle, from prospect
00:49to loyalty. And that's precisely
00:51what we deliver with CX Enterprise,
00:53a agentic system that is built
00:56on scale, speed,
00:58and trust. And it really brings
00:59together three key dimensions.
01:02AI-powered content supply chain
01:04to cope with the exponential demand
01:06for high-quality content. Brand
01:08visibility, so that you stay
01:10discoverable in this AI-driven
01:11world. And real-time customer
01:13engagement, so that you can enable
01:15hyper-personalization and outstanding
01:18conversational experiences to be
01:20long-term loyalty. Well can you share
01:22one use case that you're working with
01:24a major company? First of all, we see a
01:26huge acceleration of companies
01:28moving from experimentation to
01:29real tangible outcome in
01:32production. And Coca-Cola, an
01:34iconic brand, is a good example of this.
01:36We have worked with them on the acceleration
01:38of their content supply chain. They are using
01:40Adobe Firefly to accelerate their
01:42content production by 10. So it's a
01:4410 factor that enables them to
01:46power and fuel personalization at
01:48global level with a massive impact
01:50on conversion, 24% uplift
01:52on the checkout conversion, and
01:5435% uplift on the revenues.
01:56All this without any incremental
01:58spend on marketing. So that is
02:00real business impact for AI in action.
02:02How does Adobe partner with
02:04other technology leaders to innovate?
02:06First, we have to acknowledge that
02:07customers today are struggling with the
02:09complexity of a fragmented landscape,
02:12of multiple AI platforms that they
02:14don't want to be locked in. So they are
02:15looking for flexibility and
02:17interoperability, and that's exactly
02:19what we are providing. We have
02:21partnerships that we are establishing
02:23with major players from Nvidia to
02:25Anthropic, OpenAI, Gemini, Microsoft,
02:28and many others, so that customers
02:30can access our workflow through any
02:31surface. And finally, what we think
02:33will be absolutely critical is really
02:35to orchestrate the collaboration of
02:37agents across a very heterogeneous
02:39ecosystem. Viva Tech 2026,
02:41what takeaway do you want visitors
02:43to walk away with from Adobe's booth?
02:45Well, Olivia, really, the time to act
02:47is now, right? Consumer behaviors have
02:49already shifted, and they're going to
02:50keep shifting. And from an AI
02:52standpoint, we're moving from
02:53experimentation to scale, so it's
02:56important to adapt. Right now,
02:58true personalization, one-on-one in
03:00real-time, is enabled through CX
03:02Enterprise, our agentic system that is
03:04built on scale, trust, and speed.
03:08That's really the key to build
03:09customer experiences that will build
03:12long-term loyalty. So come check it
03:14out in action in our booth. Excellent.
03:16I'm looking forward to it. Thank you,
03:17Olivia. Thank you for joining us.
03:19Join us June 17th through 20th at
03:21Viva Tech, the place to B2B.
