00:00I can easily answer that. I believe in a gamification culture, where I'm an avid
00:04collector of pinball machines and retro arcade machines and jukeboxes. And so agents can meet
00:10others from different departments. They can let off steam and recharge batteries and hang out
00:14with me in a game room. And so once again, I've created an environment of play, where instead of
00:20having a cigarette, going to Instagram or being by yourself, it's interactive. These are games
00:24that are older than most of these agents. And since I have the space and I have the passion for
00:30it,
00:30it's really something that I can share with them. And so I'm not saying it's a make or break, but
00:36Amazon is in Costa Rica. There's 10,000 agents here. I'm not saying Jeff Bezos isn't a brilliant genius,
00:42but the one thing I've done is I've played pinball with all of my agents and I don't think he
00:45has
00:46with his. So these are the sort of small wins that I can get to show the sort of stable,
00:52secure leadership that I give and that I'm a real solid CEO. I'm a real boss that cares. And maybe
00:59I can break some of the stereotypes of what it's like to be an entrepreneur and a business owner.
