00:00You know, what's interesting is very often, I mean, the Triumph and Trials podcast has now 10, 12 interviews or
00:08so.
00:09And I would say that each time we come to the failure and lessen section, I would say 80, 90
00:16% of the people, it was about people problems.
00:22It's very interesting.
00:23It's not about I made the wrong decision, it's, well, yes, I made the wrong decision because of the wrong
00:28person, or I didn't see what was right in that person.
00:31So it's very interesting to see that it all circles back to being humans and building human relationships.
00:37And I think I love the fact that you say that we are humans.
00:41So there is one part of the story at work, but there is another story running as the rest of
00:47their life, because work is just one third of people's life.
00:51That's true.
00:53You know, it's so interesting when people fill out resumes, and you ask certain things, they're like, yeah, I want
00:57to be a supervisor.
00:58Yeah, but I don't even know you.
01:01And I appreciate that.
01:03So I do a little trick here, doctor, besides the bells and the whistles and your work experience and all
01:09of your rehearsed answers, because you're excellent in the interview.
01:13What about the zig and the zag?
01:15There's no straight lines in nature.
01:17Come on.
01:17Thomas is going to ask me a really good question.
01:20It's not on the script.
01:21Am I able to answer him?
01:23So why don't you turn the paper over and give me a coming of age moment?
01:29I want to know when you beat up a bully or saved a kitten, when you are a hero for
01:34a day.
01:35The moment you shed some skin as a human being, maybe matured a little bit or learned your life lesson.
01:41And when I read things, and I'm not expecting you to disclose secrets about yourself.
01:46But I'll see some things that are canned and shallow and what they want me to hear.
01:51But then someone talks about trying to learn an instrument or learning a grandma's recipe or helping their dad do
01:58some yard work.
01:59And that was one of the greatest afternoons they ever had with them.
02:03And I love them for it because I can give them a nickname, right?
02:09Yeah, you told me that last time you love nicknames.
