00:57complaining about ever shrinking burgers nuggets and burritos just getting a few industry experts say
01:04customers are not imagining things either the pandemic really accelerated rising food labor
01:09and transportation costs that have put a lot of pressure on quick service restaurants or qsrs in
01:16the lingo to respond in a way that keeps their doors open while trying not to irritate their
01:22customers too badly they don't want customers thinking they're not getting value as portions
01:27have gotten smaller in all likelihood will happen they'll probably be burger wars as companies are
01:36looking to take market share from each other think about the value meal and so five for five and things
01:42like that but even there if you think of a qsr as the corporate and then their franchisees
01:49they can mandate that prices go down but if franchisees start having a hard time fulfilling
01:56that that's when well a people go bankrupt b they revolt
02:02so one of the big complaints if you look at all of these social media posts is the mcdonald's
