00:01You're looking live at the gorgeous SoFi Center, as tonight we bring you Fairway to Hell, AEW Collision on TBS.
00:12Coming to you from Palm Beach Gardens, I'm Tony Schiavone, Nigel McGinnis, and what a night we have for you
00:20tonight, including the AEW World Tag Team, World Championship that is, no countouts, Darby Allin defends against Pac.
00:28Not only that, the most dominant women's tag team champions in AEW history will be getting set to demolish whoever
00:37is in their way.
00:39But coming up next will be the National Championship on the line as Jungle Jack Perry will defend against Mark
00:49Davis of the Don Callis family.
01:00Take a look at this venue, would you?
01:02Is this not unique and exciting to be here all in one?
01:11And here comes the National Championship.
01:15Your Fairway to Hell opening contest, that's for one fall, big four, the AEW National Championship.
01:25Pitch is the person from Los Angeles, California, with 190 pounds.
01:31He is the rating of the defending, AEW National Championship, Thunderball, let's get it!
01:41As Jungle Jack Perry makes his way towards the ring, let's go to Rene Paquette, standing by.
01:49Rene.
01:49Jack Perry's National Tour as the National Champion, he's come to a screeching home here tonight as he goes head
01:56-to-head with Mark Davis' Tour of Destruction.
01:59Mark Davis spoke about the public humiliation losing to Jack Perry just last month at Dynasty when I caught up
02:05with Murlier.
02:06He told me that he made a personal promise to Don Callis that he would bring this coveted title to
02:11the Don Callis family.
02:13Well, it's not like the Don Callis family needs any more gold or any more champions in its midst.
02:22You can never have enough gold if you're Don Callis.
02:30And the challenger, accompanied by John Callis, from Brisbane, Australia, weighed 281 pounds, Mark Davis!
02:44Here comes Mark Davis, who absolutely destroyed Juan Will Ospreay, his former friend, not too long ago, and that's earned
02:55him this rematch.
02:56He built a lot of momentum. Mark Davis, the hard-nosed, stout Aussie, has promised to leave Jack Perry broken
03:07and take the national title back to the Don Callis family.
03:11And I guarantee you, Tony, there will be a big bonus in his envelope this week if Mark Davis is
03:18able to do that.
03:21Just a note about this venue, the SoFi Center, this gorgeous, incredible custom arena, which is the home of TGL
03:28Matches, a high-tech version of Team Golf, which has redefined how the sports played.
03:33The venue opened last year and is located right here on the campus of Palm Beach State College in Palm
03:38Beach Garden.
03:39This is a very, very unique place to have pro wrestling.
03:42An incredible venue, and I've appeared and performed in many, but this is certainly the first time, high-tech, and
03:51a great crowd on hand here tonight in Palm Beach Gardens.
03:55And here we are, joined by a man who loves a round of golf himself, Don Callis.
04:01I played 42 holes today already with Tony Conn and Roger Goodell and Ricochet. It's been great.
04:06There's no way you played 42 holes.
04:08I played fast.
04:10Apparently so.
04:15It's good to have you with us on this fairway to hell as you take a look at the greens
04:20and the sand trap in the back of the face of Mark Davis.
04:26Boy, he came in hot.
04:27And Jack's up to the chance at times, but moved out of the way.
04:34He has been building quite the burgeoning line as the national champion.
04:40Some big victories.
04:44Most recently against Muscaro Dorada.
04:46Sure.
04:47A tremendous match last week on collision.
04:49One, two, three, three.
04:51Isn't it amazing, regardless of where we are, in what country we're in, what venue, the chant for Don Callis
04:58is the same.
04:59The people worship me.
05:00Okay.
05:01You want to call it that, up on top?
05:04Well, you got a golf crowd here.
05:05I mean, they know I'm a great golfer.
05:06You want to know what my handicap is?
05:08I do not.
05:08Too good looking.
05:10Wow.
05:11Jack Perry.
05:13Jack Perry.
05:14It's going to be Jack Perry's quickness and athleticism against the sheer brutality and size of Dunk Zilla.
05:20Mark Davis.
05:22And so far, the athleticism and the quickness of Jungle Jack Perry is coming through here.
05:29We knew that Jack Perry would try to start fast.
05:33And he's certainly done that.
05:33Watch this.
05:34Great moonsault.
05:36Listen, I think very highly of Jack Perry.
05:38I think he's a tremendous talent.
05:40The problem is Mark Davis has had this opportunity coming for a long time.
05:45Well, as we mentioned, Don Callis, he certainly earned this rematch after what he did to his longtime friend, Will
05:53Ospreay.
05:54One-time friend, I dare say.
05:56Okay.
05:57Can't imagine they're sharing Christmas cards still.
05:59Ospreay's got a lot of one-time friends.
06:01I would include myself in that number.
06:03Look at that.
06:03Oh, face plant.
06:06A bomb to the bottom turnbuckle that time.
06:09And then, as you called him, Dunk Zilla runs right through Jack Perry.
06:13Are you familiar with physics?
06:15I mean, sometimes it's simple mass.
06:18Okay.
06:18You know, mass plus force equals new champion.
06:22That's, I'm telling you.
06:24I didn't know you were a physicist.
06:25Many things.
06:27And I think that the mass and the size of Dunk Zilla Mark Davis is too much.
06:32But also, Nigel, the shape that Mark Davis has gotten himself into in the last six months.
06:37Very, very impressive.
06:39Big or stronger, faster.
06:41I've heard a lot of ridiculous things come out of your mouth.
06:43But that's the most.
06:45That's the most.
06:47Stop it.
06:47Certainly a big, strong, and fast strike from Dunk Zilla.
06:51Look at that face.
06:52Yeah, that's a real man right there looking at you.
06:55Davis has always had the mass.
06:57There's been no question about that.
06:58But to your point, Donny's side to slim down a little bit now.
07:03Building some pace, perhaps.
07:04He's got a tremendous family behind him, Nigel.
07:08That's the thing.
07:10You're talking about the Don Callis family, of course.
07:13What other family is there?
07:14Well, there's plenty of other things.
07:16Six, four, 281 pounds.
07:19Big size advantage over Jungle Jack.
07:22You could just look and you could see.
07:24But Jungle Jack now in his fourth AEW national title defense.
07:28Already the second national champion we have had.
07:31Of course, since Ricochet was the inaugural champion.
07:34I scouted Jack Perry about a year ago.
07:37Okay.
07:38And as great as he is athletically, you know what his problem is?
07:41I do not.
07:42More guts than brains.
07:44And I think we're seeing this.
07:45He allowed his temper to get away with him.
07:48To even be in the ring with a man the size and power of Mark Davis.
07:53Well, don't you think you've got to have guts to be able to compete?
07:58Some have more than others.
07:59I mean, I had guts, but I also had a gigantic intellect, you know?
08:03You can't have one and not the other.
08:04And I feel that Jack Perry's just not very bright.
08:07Very gifted athletically.
08:08Great wrestler.
08:09Tough.
08:10Not too smart.
08:11If he were smart, he would not be in here with Mark Davis, Shivani.
08:15We're coming to you on TBS on this Saturday night.
08:18And to be honest with you, it's very, very great.
08:20Great to be back calling wrestling on a Saturday night here on TBS.
08:24There's a jawbreaker by Jack Perry.
08:29Oh, foot is up.
08:32Perry sticking and moving.
08:34Exactly what he's going to do against a larger, more powerful opponent.
08:40Didn't move much that time except down here goes Mark Davis.
08:44Will they run each shoulder tackle?
08:47Will Mark Davis be the next national champion or will Jack Routine stay with us?
08:54No picture in picture.
08:55Fucking awesome, Shivani.
08:56Yeah, you're live.
08:57We are live from the gorgeous Self-Fight Center.
09:01The national championship is on the line.
09:03This is AEW's fairway to hell on TBS.
09:06Tony Shivani, Nigel McGinnis, Don Callis, all with you right now.
09:10The national champion, Jack Perry, trying to fight his way back against this massive man
09:15of the Don Callis family.
09:19Massive is a great word for him.
09:21Pick up.
09:23Trying to use his quickness, stinging, maybe keeping away from the big guy, ducking low.
09:29Here's the speed of Jack coming through.
09:32Can't get him off his feet, though.
09:34He's trying.
09:35Yeah, got him on to his, on the one knee and now down to both of that running forearm shot
09:40by Jungle Jack Perry.
09:42Certainly staggered the big man, but thus far, the national champion unable to capitalize on
09:48the advantage.
09:49Here he comes.
09:50Jack Perry runs in and gets an elbow.
09:54And now, uh-oh, this is not good for Jack Perry.
09:58Jack Perry, stuck on top.
10:00If Mark Davis hits him with a superplex from the top here, it could be curtains for Jack
10:07Perry.
10:07Jack knows it.
10:08Again, Perry biting.
10:10Oh, that's nasty.
10:12That's what Perry has had to resort to against a far stronger and more powerful opponent.
10:17But can he get the leverage?
10:19Whatever it takes, he is up on the top.
10:22Oh, sit down, the big man, and covers him.
10:27One, two.
10:29Only got a two.
10:30Got the leg across, hooked his leg across, hooked one leg, but couldn't keep the big man
10:36down, Nigel.
10:36A lot of impact.
10:38Look at the body of Davis slamming hard into the mat.
10:41And for a second there, I thought he was out cold.
10:44A lot of intestinal fortitude here being shown by Jack Perry.
10:48He's tried to lariat or clothesline him over the top.
10:52And here's a pickup.
10:55Jack Perry got the knee and did counter it and got the foot up.
11:00The champion.
11:02Thrust kick.
11:04Right to the throat.
11:06Up on the middle.
11:07Turned back.
11:08Oh, it's a hurrah, Colorado.
11:11From the apron to the floor.
11:14Don Callis on his feet on that.
11:17But that could change the complex with this matchup.
11:24Jack Perry now getting this crowd behind him.
11:28Not what we wanted.
11:29Kind of a swinging area code kick using the ring post.
11:33Second attempt from Perry.
11:35Far more effective the second time.
11:37Oh, my God.
11:38Elbow back of the neck.
11:40One, two.
11:42No, sir.
11:43Look at this.
11:44Take a look at this.
11:46Jack Perry highly effective.
11:49Right to the lower back.
11:52Into the midsection driving all the air out of the chest of Dunkzilla.
11:56What was that, Tony?
11:57And now.
11:58Oh, Jack running in.
11:59Boy.
12:01Oof.
12:02Brutal.
12:04The national title hanging in the balance.
12:09But Mark Davis, you can see the effect that this match has had on the big man.
12:13Oh, wow.
12:15That was an elbow shot.
12:17Davis seems to be having a little equilibrium issue there after the offense of Jack Perry.
12:22One, two.
12:24Jack Perry got out of it, fans.
12:27This Wednesday, we're going to be in Asheville, North Carolina for Dynamite at Harris Cherokee Center.
12:32Next weekend, a big weekend for all of us as we have Super Card of Honor in Salisbury, Maryland on
12:38Friday.
12:39Next Saturday, Collision.
12:40Live into Saturday and back on TNT.
12:43Next Saturday, Dynamite and Collision come to Portland, Maine.
12:47Cross and Surin's Arena Wednesday, May 20th.
12:52Hitting the ropes.
12:53Jack of all time.
12:54What a cover.
12:55One, two.
12:57Oh, so close, Nigel.
12:59A split second away.
13:01A hair's breadth.
13:03As Perry now looks to take this away.
13:06Oh, a discus lariat that time.
13:10And I nailed it.
13:11He sure did with a pile driver.
13:14One, two.
13:16Jack gets out of it somehow.
13:20And the fans are up for jungle.
13:23Jack Perry's escape from what looked like a certain defeat.
13:27Come on, Mark.
13:28Highly effective spinning pile driver.
13:32Mark Davis, a Coriolis effect, if you will.
13:37Shabani.
13:38I'm not going to talk to you.
13:40Shabani.
13:43This is over now.
13:44He's going to do them in.
13:50Up on top.
13:54And...
13:58Jack Perry sends the big man from the turnbuckle.
14:01Down, John Callas has dropped the headset.
14:07And it's running the ring.
14:11And now the referee has the attention.
14:15Oh, there's Ricochet with a golf club.
14:18Ricochet's got a golf club.
14:20Hit Jack Perry in the back.
14:23And stops the golf club underneath the ring.
14:27And he's hiding.
14:29Look at him hiding.
14:32Oh, no.
14:36Jack is down.
14:38One, two, three.
14:40We've got a new champion.
14:43We've got a new champion.
14:45Usual winner and the new AEW National Champion, Mark Davis.
14:54I guess this is Ricochet's way of getting some revenge.
15:00The first ever national champ comes in and helps Mark Davis.
15:06Look at the hug with Ian Docalas.
15:08Helps Mark Davis become the new national champion.
15:12What are friends for?
15:14We're trying to show that you pop for dough.
15:18The national title has changed hands.
15:28Changing tracks.
15:31We're going to take you now to one of the hottest young stars of professional wrestling.
15:35Nick Wave will very soon welcome me to be in the Land of the Rising Sun.
15:39And one of the most prestigious tournaments in all of professional wrestling.
15:44One, two, three.
15:48One of the most prestigious annual tournaments in New Japan Pro Wrestling's calendar.
15:52The Best of the Super Juniors kicks off next week in Tokyo.
15:56And for the second consecutive year, AEW's Nick Wayne, the prodigy of professional wrestling,
16:01will be joining the field.
16:03Last year, the prodigy finished with four impressive group stage victories,
16:06including wins over previous tournament winners, Ryusuke Taguchi and El Desperado,
16:11as well as a standout performance against current TNT champion, the Jet, Kevin Knight.
16:15This year, Nick Wayne is intent on not just clinching a spot in the tournament finals,
16:19but joining the likes of Kota Ibushi, Ricochet, and two-time tournament winner Will Ospreay,
16:25and cementing his place in history as the best of the best.
16:34Mark Davis is a newly crowned national champion.
16:38He is also the man responsible for sidelining and injuring Will Ospreay.
16:43Well, some breaking news on that.
16:45Will Ospreay has been medically cleared for competition.
16:49And some good news on top of that.
16:51We don't have to wait long to see the aerial assassin back in action.
16:55This Wednesday on Dynamite, we will see the Bang Bang Gang, Ace Austin versus Will Ospreay.
17:03Wow, you guys can react.
17:04How about that?
17:06We're going to see Will Ospreay back in action.
17:08It comes your way live here on TBS on Dynamite on Wednesday from Asheville, North Carolina.
17:17But still to come tonight, no countouts.
17:19The AEW World Championship on the line, Darby Allin against Pac.
17:25But up next, we will see the dominant AEW Women's World Tag Team Champions,
17:32the Divine Dominion.
17:33Stay with us on Fairway to Hell.
17:38Let's do it.
17:40Thank you, guys.
17:49Winning the national championship in my hometown, in front of my probe, in front of my family,
17:57was one of the proudest moments of my entire career.
18:02And Ricochet, Don Callis, you just ended that for me.
18:10But I happen to know that Chris Jericho and the Hurt Syndicate are looking for two more partners
18:18to join their team in Stadium Stampede.
18:21But I got to thinking, and the show is called Double or Nothing.
18:29So how about, instead of two, I bring you four.
18:34I bring you the elite.
18:38Me, the Young Bucks, and Kenny Omega.
18:48See you there.
18:50Wow, what a huge announcement from Jack Perry.
18:53Understandably upset.
18:54But you got to think, if revenge is a dish best served cold,
18:59Jack Perry is coming ice cold at Double or Nothing.
19:03How about that?
19:04The Young Bucks, Kenny Omega.
19:06Wow.
19:07The elite will be there.
19:09Wow.
19:09Well, live backstage.
19:10Wait, we understand.
19:11We understand.
19:12The bubble, I guess.
19:13We've got a little rebuttal to what Jack Perry had to say.
19:17Renee Paquette is standing by with the new national champion and Don Callis.
19:21Renee?
19:21Let's go, Renee.
19:22Gentlemen, I was going to congratulate you on this national championship win.
19:26But after what we just heard from Jungle Jack Perry, I would love to get your guys' reaction.
19:31Reaction?
19:32I mean, I'm thrilled, Ricochet, because Jack Perry just gifted me my fantasy.
19:37I mean, an opportunity to beat up Jericho, the Bucks, and Kenny Omega all in one night.
19:44I would pay money for that.
19:46And Jack Perry, you dumbass, you just gave it away for free.
19:50So what you're telling me is that the Don Callis family will be joining our team for the stadium stampede.
19:54That's what we're saying.
19:55What I'm telling you, buddy, is that given how you utilize that gorgeous gold golf club,
20:00I think the national champion should be right there next to you when you destroy those guys.
20:04I will tell you, you know, our weekly games with Tony Khan and Roger Goodell has really improved my swing
20:09a lot.
20:10And I will say, I will see you guys there.
20:12It's going to be great.
20:13It's going to be awesome, right?
20:14And guess what?
20:15I know you need more than just one.
20:17So let's go have a little drink on the 19th pole and talk about which one of the many members
20:22of the Don Callis family
20:23is going to be a part of this slaughterhouse.
20:26I've got a plethora to choose from.
20:27A plethora to choose from.
20:28Anything you want.
20:29Let's go, buddy.
20:31Congratulations.
20:33Let's take it back out to the fairway.
20:37Well, there you have it.
20:39A new national champion.
20:42Stadium stampede is shaping up.
20:44Wow.
20:45It's a real humdinger.
20:46Absolutely.
20:47And Double or Nothing is on the way here very soon.
20:51The Bowling Jack Team Contest number one ball has a five-minute time limit.
20:56H51, they are the AEW Women's World Tag Team Champions, Lena Croft and Megan Payne, the Divine Dominions.
21:10So dominant, the AEW Women's Tag Team Champions had an intriguing challenge for any of their future opponents.
21:24Worthy opponents clearly don't exist, so we're going to make this really easy.
21:30We've come up with the Divine Dominion five-minute eliminated challenge.
21:35Which means, if any two women can last that long, they earn themselves a title shot.
21:42You don't have to beat us.
21:44You just have to stay alive.
21:48And their opponents, Ruthie Slade and Rachel Lay.
21:55Ruthie Slade, Rachel Lay will have, I guess, five minutes to handle the World Tag Team Champions.
22:06Can they survive five against two of the best alive?
22:12It's a very unique kind of eliminator from the dominant, divine dominion.
22:18Time is on the clock and, whoop, grazing drop kick.
22:24Well, you saw that Ruthie's going to try it.
22:26And now Rachel and just Lena Croft.
22:32Oh, man, out of the midsection.
22:35Both ladies trying to shoot Lena to the ropes, but Lena shoots them to the ropes.
22:41Shoulder tackle.
22:43Pick up.
22:44Spinning off side, simplex.
22:48These two ladies are as dominant a tag team that we have seen ever in the women's division.
22:54Look at this.
22:55Colossal lean-up cross.
22:59There's not many that can compete with the Megasus, Megan Bain, when it comes to size and power and sheer
23:06domination.
23:07But Cross certainly has done that.
23:11Lena Croft since teaming with Megan Bain.
23:14And there's one pumpkin.
23:15Here comes Megan Bain.
23:17The Megasus with one of her own and released German.
23:20Suplex.
23:21And Rachel Lay goes flying in the middle of the ring.
23:26And Dominion, the tag team champions, steamrolled through the former tag team champions, the Babes of Wrath, proving unsurmountable at
23:37Revolution.
23:39And right now, it really does seem as though there is no one who can step up to these twin
23:45towers of domination.
23:48Once again, just so strong and not only that, agile for ladies these size.
23:55I mean, look how they were moving with those pump kicks on either side of the ring that time.
23:59An incredible sight to see every time they are in the ring.
24:03And one would have to think as they, the tag is made.
24:06And three minutes left.
24:08Divine Dominion could end this match at any point.
24:12Ruthie Slay went running.
24:14She is caught by the Megasus as well.
24:18And a gigantic Samoan drop.
24:22Both ladies go down.
24:24And now Lena Cross.
24:25The young lady from Australia is in.
24:28And a pickup.
24:29Whoa.
24:30One, two, two, two, three.
24:36Here are your winners.
24:38The AEW Women's World Tag Team champion.
24:42The Divine Dominion.
24:46Looks like these two young ladies will not be earning a future title shot.
24:50In about two minutes and 15 seconds disposed of by the Divine Dominion.
24:58I don't know who's going to be able to take these two ladies on.
25:01I can tell you that.
25:05The story of the Women's Division continues as we head to our next big event, of course.
25:12Double or nothing, Nigel McGinnis.
25:15There is a lot of depth in the Women's Division.
25:18We saw this past week on Dynamite.
25:21Two former tag team champions, Hikaru Shida and Chris Statlander with a very important victory.
25:29Not only that, another former Women's Champion, Jamie Hayter, has been very successful of late as well.
25:37Both former champions eyeing the current champion, the toxic spider, Tekla, who has been no short of devastating as the
25:48AEW Women's Champion.
25:50But she has to be aware there were more than a couple of people trying to take the title from
25:54her web.
25:55And, of course, coming up at Double or Nothing on Sunday, May 24th, it is a four-way for the
26:02AEW Women's World Championship.
26:04Tekla against three former world champions, Shida, Statlander, and Jamie Hayter.
26:14Fans, this coming Wednesday, a big announcement will be held.
26:18The brackets will be announced for the Men's and Women's Tournament of the Owen Hart Foundation Tourney.
26:25And that is coming up Wednesday.
26:28But still to come tonight, Darby Allin will once again defend his AEW World Championship.
26:34No countouts against the Bastard Pack.
26:42Just moments away from the AEW World title match between Darby Allin and Pack.
26:47And, gentlemen, I just want to let you know that the Don Callis family, no matter who wins your match
26:53tonight,
26:53the Don Callis family will be waiting for the winner.
26:57This Wednesday on Dynamite, the Don Callis family will take the AEW World title from one of you.
27:06And, you know, it's already been a great night, big night for the Don Callis family.
27:11A lot of gold.
27:12We can't wait to get some more.
27:14And on the subject of that, Okada has had to go to Japan to take care of some very important
27:21family business.
27:23But don't worry, lads, because I have someone in mind to take his spot this Wednesday in the world title
27:30match.
27:31And he is none other than the firstborn of the Don Callis family, Kenosuke Takeshta, the Alpha.
27:39You're going to be the world champion.
27:40If you listen to me like you always have, you will be successful.
27:44And you will finally fulfill the destiny that I had for you when I plucked you out of obscurity and
27:50made you the replacement to Kenny Omega.
27:53You're the best wrestler in the world when you've got my game plan in your head.
27:58Go win the title.
27:59Done.
27:59Yes.
28:00I'm still going to take the international title.
28:05But now, I'm the person who will bring the world title back to Don Callis family.
28:15Unlike Okada.
28:20Well, they have a saying in golf.
28:23Play the ball as it lies.
28:25There's been Okada back in Japan.
28:28Takeshta stepping to the front of the line.
28:31We're going to talk about a man who's made quite a comeback from injury, an inspirational comeback.
28:36We're talking about Kyle O'Reilly.
28:38Here's a man who has stepped in, became a trios champion here at AEW.
28:45And let's take a look now at some of the footage of Kyle O'Reilly.
28:50It was at full gear last year that O'Reilly really stepped up against the continental champion, Jon Moxley, with
28:58an ankle lock, was forced the champion to tap out.
29:01But it's taught that an injury that Kyle O'Reilly returned at Dynasty this year that his conglomeration, conglomerating there,
29:09picking up a victory and becoming the new trio champions.
29:14They will continue with success after success, and that continues far longer than just Collision last week.
29:24And this Wednesday, fans, coming up on the Dynamite Live, a 10-man tag.
29:33Cage, Culp, Young Bucks, Orange Cassidy, MTR and the Dogs, and Tomasso Ciampa.
29:40What a gigantic 10-man tag coming up on Wednesday night.
29:44And now, because the previous match only went 2 minutes and 15 seconds, we've got a stand-by match for
29:51you.
29:52And how about this?
29:54Speedball's coming out.
29:57The bowling contest is set for one fall.
30:00Introducing first, accompanied by the TNT champion, Kevin Knight, from Montreal, Quebec, Canada,
30:07with 177-pound, Speedball, Mike Bailey.
30:14And we're coming to you on TBS tonight.
30:18The young man's got his TNT partner, TNT champion.
30:23The one and only, Jack, Kevin Knight.
30:30And his opponent, Kieran Gray.
30:34Kieran Gray, the opponent for Speedball, Mike Bailey.
30:38Whoa, not impressed with the Taekwondo background of Bailey.
30:43Looks like he's going to kick some impression.
30:48Whoa.
30:49Speedball is, we've said it so many times, look at this.
30:52It is.
30:55Just waiting for Kieran to get up.
30:57Oh, Kieran ducked out of the way, nicely done.
31:00Bailey feeling froggy tonight.
31:02Whoa.
31:03Beautiful, big wrist from Bailey.
31:07Scored an impressive victory this past week on collision earlier this week against AR Fox.
31:13Certainly has been up, holding up his end of jet speed.
31:17And Knight, as you mentioned, the TNT champion has had hit successes too.
31:23Great.
31:24Bringing the fight to the former trios champion.
31:28Kieran Gray up on top, forearm shot.
31:33Speedball, he lives up on top, gentlemen, and there he is.
31:37Whoa, Kieran Gray.
31:38Very well done with a forearm shot.
31:41And now Kieran, the former Navy SEAL, who has a lot of ability, no doubt about that.
31:49Oh, Kieran Gray, an aggressive, muscular competitor.
31:54Really want to try to make a name for himself here tonight on collision.
31:58He has been a pro boxer, he has been competing in NMA, as Kieran Gray, but speedball Mike Bailey is
32:07a different type of fighter.
32:09There's a forearm shot.
32:11Another one.
32:12Up on top, again.
32:16And a hit, but then Kieran Gray goes crashing into the mat.
32:22Gray in the wrong part of town, though, with Mike Bailey on the top rope.
32:26Wide open, look at the arm.
32:31Come on.
32:32One, two, three.
32:36Here's your winner, Speedball Mike Bailey.
32:42Couldn't have the time on that, but it might have been about two minutes, 15 seconds.
32:47It might have been under two minutes, 15 seconds.
32:51All right, the TNT champs got the microphone.
32:54Hey, I like that.
32:55I like that.
32:56That's what I like to see.
32:57Hey, Speedball, you red hot right now.
33:00You red hot, and although the Jet didn't become Jet 2 belts this past Wednesday, the Jet is still the
33:08face of TNT.
33:11And now the future here at AEW is wide open, so why not we make it to the top together?
33:23Down to Jet Speed.
33:27That's TNT champion.
33:29The Jet Kevin Knight, Speedball Mike Bailey together.
33:34And fans, coming up next, the World Championship is on the line.
33:42It'll be Darby Allin in a no-count-outs match defending the championship against the Bastard Pack from the Death
33:51Riders.
33:56Darby, Darby Allin.
34:00It's me.
34:01Your old friend, the Bastard.
34:05Congratulations.
34:07The indestructible boy who never quits and still champion.
34:12Very impressive.
34:14Now listen up.
34:15You and I, Darby, here in All Elite Wrestling, we are two and one in singles competition in my favor.
34:24The bastard pack, Darby Allin, bitter rivals.
34:27When are you going to realize I'm never going to quit?
34:30Don't you dare forget about me.
34:34The perpetual thorn in your side, bastard.
34:37Fight me for your World Heavyweight Championship, Mr. Fighting Champion,
34:41because I promise you, I am one mountain you will never truly conquer.
34:46Darby Allin puts his AEW World Championship on the line against the bastard pack.
34:52I'll be waiting, you little freak.
35:01Your main event is for the AEW World Championship.
35:07This match has a 60-minute time limit, and no count-outs.
35:19Well, Nigel McGinnis, here we go.
35:23Here we go, indeed.
35:25The ominous chord announcing the arrival of one of the most dangerous factions
35:33in professional wrestling today.
35:37It is pack of the Death Riders who will try to take the AEW World Title from Darby Allin.
35:46Introducing first, the challenger from Newcastle, apartheid, England.
35:52Weigh 217 pounds, the Bastard Pack.
36:01The Bastard Pack, as he mentioned, two-in-one all-time in singles wins over Darby Allin.
36:11You beat Darby in the main event of Dynasties, or Dynamite's Pass to the Beach in January of 2020,
36:17and in last year's full gear.
36:21So there is no doubt, the man you're looking at has all the ability,
36:26he's done it before, to beat Darby Allin, to become the new world champion.
36:31We have already had a new national champion crowned here tonight.
36:35Could we have a new world champion as the champion makes his way in?
36:45And his opponent, from Seattle, Washington, weighed 175 pounds.
36:53He is the AEW World Champion, Darby Allin.
37:03An amazing story, and there's so many amazing stories about Darby Allin.
37:08So we are coming up on the one-year anniversary of his ascent to Mount Everest one year ago.
37:16But take a look at this.
37:19Darby Allin has had successful title defenses against DeMasso Tamper, Brody King, Kevin Knight.
37:29All three wrestlers have not wrestled since then.
37:34Darby Allin wrestles every week.
37:36And he's gonna have, if he wins, he'll have to defend the title once again.
37:44That's right.
37:44That's amazing.
37:46That's a big if, bro.
37:48Yeah, I know.
37:49But the fact that he goes into battle each and every week, sometimes twice a week,
37:54just shows you what type of athlete determination that he has brought to the AEW Championship.
38:01And Pac has all the advantages going into his title match against Darby Allin.
38:06The 2-1 victory.
38:09Pac feels as though he is the one obstacle.
38:12Darby Allin has never been able to get beyond.
38:15Three times these men has fought.
38:17Pac has won two out of three.
38:19Before the match gets underway, there's the bell.
38:21We want to send our condolences to the Bobby Cox family, the long-time manager of the Braves,
38:26who was an established member of the sports world here on TBS, passed away today.
38:32We're thinking of you, Bobby the Cox family, and, well, Darby.
38:41He's going out for the green.
38:42I don't think he's gonna get.
38:43Holy smokes.
38:44I don't think he's getting the club.
38:47At least I don't see any caddies.
38:50Well, now, let's keep in mind, no count outs, but there are rules to this.
38:58This, I have to believe, is a first in the world of professional wrestling.
39:03There is no doubt.
39:04My God.
39:05Is this the 18th hole or the first?
39:08Either way.
39:08Off we go.
39:10There they go on the greens, right above the sand trout.
39:16Darby with a headbutt.
39:19Now, they still gotta go in the ring to get the winner to lose.
39:22They gotta pin a guy in the ring.
39:24No count outs, as you said.
39:27The rules are somewhat loosened, with disqualification still a factor.
39:32Right, absolutely.
39:33The Dead's Riders can't just team up on Darby Allin, will he nearly wait a second?
39:38Pat trying to put Darby Allin in the bunker.
39:42Darby tumbles out of the way, there he goes.
39:50An amazing first in pro wrestling, and you saw it.
39:58There's Darby Allin and Pat, loaded with sand, comes out of the bunker.
40:04Pat's making his way up to the green.
40:07I don't see Darby Allin going for a putter.
40:11And the fans on that side, as you can see, standing, enjoying this.
40:19And another soundtrack, and by the looks of things, Pat may suffer a similar fight.
40:26Oh, a John Woo running dropkick, and Pat goes into the bunker once again.
40:35Darby Allin immediately grabbing onto his hip.
40:43Let's take a look at this.
40:45High impact, highly effective, and that's a sand trap that Pat will not be getting out of, at least of
40:52his own volition.
40:53Pat, rising up, the bastard, after Darby Allin.
40:58I don't know, when Darby was shaking his head, did he get sand in his eyes?
41:01There's always a chance of that.
41:04Pat perhaps with a hand for the sand.
41:06Right?
41:09I mean, this is so dangerous on many levels.
41:12Pat will put the brutalizer, once again, they've got to go in the ring.
41:17Yes, there are enough count outs, but you've got to win or lose the match inside the ring.
41:22And the side cuts it, look etched on the face.
41:26This Newcastle native shows it all.
41:29I can't beat him on the outside, and I can damn near beat him half to death.
41:35Fans, this is incredible, what we're watching here, and this is for the AEW World Championship.
41:41Darby Allin, like we've mentioned before, fans chanting his name here at the SoFi Center.
41:51Such an authentic, genuine star, Darby Allin, amenable, likable, it's impossible once you watch
42:00him wrestle not to like this man for everything he gives of his body and his soul.
42:07Now, fans, this is a 60-minute time limit, we're going to stay with us as long as it takes,
42:12up to the 60 minutes.
42:13Pat, you're on a press slam, into the bunker, and fans, as the fans watch on, this break is
42:23only 90 seconds, stay with us, we're going to be back very, very quickly, can Darby retain?
42:31Back on TBS Live here from the SoFi Center, at Fairway to Hell, and this is for the World
42:39Championship.
42:41Now, there's no countouts, but there are disqualifications.
42:49And Darby Allin tied up here by Pat, oh, Stephon Smith trying to break Darby Allin free.
43:01Fans, as you know, I'm a big pumpkin by Pat, as you know, Darby Allin this past week told
43:07MJF, if you want a title shot, you got to give me something, you got to put your hair on
43:14the
43:16line.
43:16I don't know, the former AEW World Champion, MJF, is very proud of his hair.
43:21Of course he is.
43:23Oh!
43:25That is a very dangerous game for MJF to play against Darby Allin.
43:29But the fact is, Pat may be the World Champion by the time this program's over.
43:36Darby Allin, resolute, fighting back.
43:38Oh!
43:40Corning!
43:41Scorpion Death Drop!
43:43An homage to his mentor, Sting, come on!
43:46One, two!
43:48Fans, we're going to stay with this match as long as it takes to determine a winner up
43:53to the 60-minute time limit in this Fairway to Hell event.
44:00Already, as we mentioned, a new national champion was crowned earlier.
44:04Cliff Pat, winning World Championship to go with his international title in his Trios
44:10Championship that he's won in his wars here at AEW.
44:13Darby, gingerly, cautiously to the top rope.
44:18Oh!
44:19It took too long.
44:20Sure did.
44:21Not sure what he was looking for, but Pac did not give him enough time to execute.
44:27And now, Darby Allin is in the wrong part of town.
44:32Pac, in his third chance of becoming AEW World Champion in his career, Darby still seemingly
44:44in trouble here at the mercy of Pac.
44:46Pac, pick up!
44:49Oh, my God!
44:51Falcon Arrow.
44:52From the top, Avalanche Falcon Arrow.
44:56One, two, no!
45:00Darby escapes.
45:01Pac is upset, thinking it was three.
45:04Let's take a look again.
45:05Look at that.
45:06Now, look, switching his hips in a high angle right across the back of the neck and
45:12the shoulders.
45:13And again, Darby Allin grabbing at the hips.
45:18And if Darby Allin is able to somehow survive here tonight, leave Palm Beach Gardens with
45:25the AEW World title, as we heard earlier, Tekeshta, who already has a victory over Darby Allin,
45:32is waiting in the wings.
45:36Pac now down.
45:37I really think now, no count outs.
45:41Quickly, Darby went outside.
45:43You can see it.
45:45What's a mistake to go outside?
45:46For Darby to go all the way out to the greens and out to the bunkers.
45:51Uh-oh.
45:53Darby Allin perhaps feeling that he had an advantage out there.
45:58He's known as a daredevil and a risk-taker.
46:00We've seen what Allen has been willing to do to secure victory.
46:05And perhaps he felt like he had more of an advantage on the outside.
46:08But thus far, at least at this juncture, Pac now clearly with the advantage.
46:14Darby just attempting to pull himself up.
46:18I don't think he can stand.
46:20At the right hip, by the looks of things, really giving the champion problems.
46:26We talked about that breakneck schedule.
46:30Darby Allin has gone under since winning the AEW world title in a shocking three-minute defeat of the former
46:40champion MJF.
46:42Trying to solidify his title line.
46:46Proved there was no fluke.
46:48Proved he is a credible champion.
46:52And of course, I know somewhere MJF is thinking about his hair, that egomaniac that he is.
47:00But the fact is that he must look on.
47:04If Darby Allin can survive.
47:07Pac very cautiously.
47:12In midair, crushing and burning his pack.
47:17And he's trying to pull himself up.
47:19How on earth is the challenger moving at all?
47:23And Darby, quickly, sending Pac into the ring.
47:28Maybe this is his moment.
47:30He's going for, maybe the Last Supper.
47:35No, it's a Scorpion.
47:38The Scorpion death row applied.
47:41He forgot about a fairway.
47:43This is as hellish as it comes.
47:45Pac close to tap.
47:46One way to the bottom rope.
47:48Had the right hand up.
47:51Swimming, reaching for that bottom rope.
47:54The heavily muscled upper torso.
47:57Yeah, a little bit of strength, a little bit of help to push the champion up and away from his
48:02body.
48:06He talked about the upper torso, the muscles just pulling himself as best he could.
48:12What's he doing here?
48:14He's beckoning.
48:17Oh, he's waiting for members of the Death Riders.
48:21The Death Riders got to be cautious.
48:24Oh, they got the attention of Darby Allen.
48:26And that gave Pac an opening.
48:28You can get a shot of this as a little bit of claret.
48:31A little bit of color on the shoulders of the challenger.
48:36Pack.
48:38Wait a second.
48:39Where the Death Riders go in.
48:41The two dark horses of the Death Riders, as John called them.
48:44John Moxley.
48:45Calling Yuta and Garcia.
48:48Once again, we'll remind you, this is no count outs.
48:52But if the Death Riders, if the Death Riders take up an object and hit Darby Allen with it,
48:59Pac's going to be disqualified.
49:02But there are no rules about them sitting up tables on the outside.
49:06Having touched a champion.
49:07Having touched a champion.
49:10If they do, they better do it beyond the official's back.
49:13Because wait a second.
49:14Oh, my.
49:14No, no, no.
49:16He is going to try.
49:17Look at this.
49:18A tombstone.
49:19Paul Driver on the steel steps.
49:21My God.
49:25Darby may be out cold.
49:27Very awkward, jarring impact for Darby Allen, who's clinging on as tightly as he possibly could.
49:36To the challenger to try to protect his neck.
49:39And there, the fearsome, what is going on?
49:43Well, they're building tables.
49:47Darby is out.
49:48Checking the pulse of the champion.
49:50It looked like Pac was checking the pulse of the champion.
49:56And now, as Pac looks around.
50:03A stack of tables.
50:08All right.
50:09This does not look good.
50:11Can Darby survive?
50:12Can he continue as their champion?
50:15We are taking a final break.
50:17And we'll find out.
50:19Where are you guys going?
50:24I am Willow Nightingale.
50:26I am Willow Nightingale.
50:26Smiling in wrestling could be seen as a weakness, but that's actually my strength.
50:31Like the chips are down.
50:32My smile carries me through everything.
50:34My name is Jon Moxley.
50:37From the moment I step through the ropes, nothing else exists.
50:41I don't know any other way, for better or for worse.
50:45I will absolutely take no prisoners.
50:48AEW Wednesday Night Dynamite.
50:50Live Wednesdays at 8 on TVS and stream on HBO Max.
50:54This is for the world championship.
50:57They are tatering on the balcony.
50:59A stack of four tables blow them.
51:03World champion Darby Alley.
51:05The challenger pack of the book records.
51:08Marina Shafir.
51:09Ooh.
51:11Shafir distracted the official pack, used a low blow.
51:15He now has a clear advantage.
51:17Is he going to use it?
51:19He wants to pin Darby Alley off the top.
51:22My God, no.
51:24A fair one.
51:25There we go.
51:28Oh, my God.
51:30Oh, my God.
51:31Oh, my God.
51:31What have we seen?
51:35What have we seen?
51:38Darby Alley threw four tables in every bit of a 15-foot drop.
51:48Pac quickly getting down.
51:50I think it's only a matter of rolling this carcass in the ring and Pac's your new champion.
51:55Our medical officials checking on the champion who has yet to move.
52:01I don't like the looks of this at all.
52:03In all my years, I have never seen anything like what we just witnessed.
52:09Allen, his lips.
52:10He's dead white.
52:11This is it.
52:12This is gonna be it.
52:14Wheeler Uta, Danny Garcia, encouraging Pac that is the ring.
52:18And a hit and a block.
52:19Two.
52:20My God.
52:22Darby Alley's alive.
52:26Darby Alley's alive.
52:31Darby Alley's alive.
52:32Darby Alley's alive.
52:42Darby Alley's alive.
52:43Darby Alley's alive.
52:44Darby Alley's alive.
52:45Darby Alley's alive.
52:47Darby Alley's alive.
52:48Darby Alley's alive.
52:49Darby Alley's alive.
52:49Darby Alley's alive.
52:49Darby Alley's alive.
52:49Darby Alley's alive.
52:50Darby Alley's alive.
52:52Darby Alley's alive.
52:52Darby Alley's alive.
52:53Darby Alley's alive.
52:56Darby Alley's alive.
52:57Darby Alley's alive.
53:00Darby Alley's alive.
53:01from him from any angle that we saw it was a frightening scene and we have
53:08called so many matches we've seen so many champions we have never ever seen
53:14anything anyone like Darby Allin
53:21with Chandy's name here at the SoFi Center Pat walking over Darby not
