00:19For the 10th edition of VivaTech, the LVMH booth will be very different.
00:24This year, Visitor will be invited to experience a truly immersive journey, illustrating how innovation is reinforcing every single step
00:35of our value chain.
00:36And it is this constant search for excellence that allows us to guarantee the products and services of the highest
00:44quality.
00:45And I'm very happy to unveil the name of our booth this year, the LVMH Dream Gallery.
00:51That's certainly going to be quite a show for all the visitors. Tell us a bit more about how innovation
00:56truly fuels excellence.
00:58Absolutely. It all starts with the products. For instance, how tech improves circularity.

01:09You will see also how Dior's innovation is strengthening the end-to-end transparency across the value chain.
01:17Sephora will also illustrate how tech helps to deliver a customer experience, constantly seamless, personalized, and more reliable at every

01:31So now tell us a bit about the role that AI plays in all of this.
01:34Well, of course, AI is a key component of this vision.
01:38A few months ago, we have launched our group's AI acceleration plan.
01:42The name of the plan is AI for all, but it's not a one-size-fits-all plan.
01:49It adapts to the strategy and stakes of every maison.
01:53We developed it with our people through workshops, training, development of specific tools.
02:00It's about empowering our collaborator with the best and most suitable technology.
02:06Now, lastly, I'd like to ask you a bit about quiet tech when it comes to retail.
02:10What does this mean for a group like LVMH?
02:13Quiet tech reflects the idea that the technology should be present everywhere but visible nowhere.
02:21It should be designed to augment the experience without changing its essence.
02:28It's the idea that the technology should disappear to make the experience more fluid, personalized, and human.
02:36By providing a discrete support, technology should remove friction and save employees' time.
02:43They can focus on what truly makes a difference.
02:46The relationship, the attention to detail, the emotion.
02:51This is what luxury is all about.
