00:02Hi and welcome to Tech Talks. I'm joined today by Pauline Adam-Kelfan, Chief Innovation and Impact Officer at PwC
00:09France Amagreb. Hi Pauline.
00:10Hi Olivia.
00:11So tell me, what is the relationship between technology and business growth? How is it evolving today?
00:18Companies are constantly looking for new growth. What is new is that they're doing so more often outside their original
00:24industries
00:25and that tech is the primary engine for exploring these new ways to create value.
00:30But in doing so, companies face a dilemma. How do you fund transformation when IT budgets are under pressure?
00:38At PwC, we believe the value of technology isn't just in spending less, but in relocating smarter to fund transformation.
00:47So how is PwC empowering companies to navigate this transformation?
00:51PwC can rely on its multidisciplinary DNA to help organizations at every step.
00:58Decide, clarify the business case and prioritize tech's investment.
01:02Execute, roll out their transformation with team size for value delivery.
01:07Operate, stay alongside their teams to run, secure and continuously evolve their solutions.
01:13I'll give you just one example, Olivia. Since we're in Paris, we are operating the AI factory of the French
01:21rugby club, Stade Francais, to boost sports and business performance.
01:27So is AI already delivering on its promises?
01:30Not always. AI holds tremendous potential for business, but the value it creates is still lagging.
01:37We just released a study showing that the most AI-fit companies deliver AI-driven revenues and efficiencies that are
01:447.2 times higher than the others.
01:48So what do they do better?
01:49First, treat AI like a reinvention engine.
01:53Second, strengthen their AI foundations.
01:57Third, deploy experiments selectively, but at scale.
02:01And is PwC also applying these innovations internally?
02:04Absolutely. We chose to become our own one zero by deploying AI at scale within our own teams.
02:12We aren't just advising on the theory.
02:14We are sharing the practical lessons we've learned from our own transformation.
02:19And finally, what can we expect from PwC at Vivotech this year?
02:24For our fourth time at Vivotech, Olivia, we're bringing a broad ecosystem of solutions.
02:29We will showcase our own innovations, such as our AI factory and our PwC One agents, along with impressive solutions
02:38from startups such as C-Pearl or Multiverse Computing,
02:43and from our tech alliances, including SAP or Microsoft.
02:47We are also hosting two major competitions, the Vivotech PwC Startup Challenge and Student Challenge.
02:55And expect innovating solutions to help organizations reinvent their operations.
03:01The winners will be featured throughout the event at our booth.
03:05Also, expect inspiring talks with hundreds leading voices.
03:10I'm looking forward to it. Thank you for joining us on Tech Talks.
03:13Join us June 17th through 20th at Vivotech, the place to be to be.
