65kg/143lb used to loosen up my lower back this A.M. This 'trick' on these is DON'T rush. When you move too fast on the way down or the way up, it's easy to lose balance. Putting the free hand on the neck pointing the elbow skyward, gets the stretch along the entire length of the Lats. Don't think the Glute Medius, QL and IT Band via TFL don't get stretched either. Lotsa good going on here. God Bless.
