Two different styles of Cross Leg Side Bends with ~104lb this morn' to get that lower back and Hips moving. Notice the front leg straightens at the finish to help hold the top position. This top position is the part gotten wrong by most. You get a stretch at the bottom of the movement AND a stretch on the opposite side IF you pull up and over enough at the top. Don't cheat yerself out of HALF the benefit. Get a good stretch at the bottom AND top. God Bless.
