Closer look at the two Rack positions l used on yesterday's One Hand Jerks. Bent Press set up is not only prone to shifting off base of support, but is also lower than when the bar is racked on top of the shoulder. Of course it IS possible to Jerk big weights using a Bent Press set-up though l think there will be more misses than made lifts. 98½lb used. God Bless.

00:36the jerk with the bar on top of the shoulder it's a more straight up and
00:39down drive definitely an interesting variation
