00:05There's some high expectations for Naeem.
00:07He saw more of a role as last year went on.
00:10What have you seen from this off season as he continues to grow and develop?
00:13I think he's gaining more confidence.
00:16His IQ, like I said, of concepts has continued to grow.
00:20He's understanding, you know, this is the concept.
00:23We're playing cover two in this defense, but I'm maybe man on my guy.
00:26Oh, but this is what everyone else is doing.
00:28Instead of just knowing I have this guy, but having no concept of what's going on around you, right?
00:33So the more you know, the more valuable you are to the team, the more valuable you are to the
00:37organization.
00:37He's gotten stronger in the off season.
00:39Coach Love and I was talking today earlier about his before and after pitches of how his body has changed.
00:44So he's gotten stronger.
00:45He's always had a very unique skill set.
00:47He has great ball skills, great COD.
00:50He's got great competitive toughness, and he's a great kid.
00:53He works extremely hard.
00:55But he's just growing in the system and understanding the concepts a lot better this year than he did last
00:59year.
01:00He's got a lot better this year.
01:01He's got a lot better this year.
01:03He's got a lot better this year.
