Transcript
00:06gatlin is an interesting case i mean you you see him throughout the recruiting process you see what
00:10he can be and he has the two years off his mission yeah now that he's come back what is
00:15he compared
00:15to what he was before the mission and just how have you seen him so far and is he the
00:20fastest
00:21player you've ever coached among the fastest players you've ever coached so gatlin's really
00:26fast like i don't like that's not a secret like um i mean he's got the track times to prove
00:32it
00:33um i think that you know there's definitely some rust that has to get knocked off for him
00:39like like anybody in your guys's job if you stop doing it for two years you know with live bullets
00:45out there i'd be you're like okay like maybe not the best article i've ever written um but um yeah
00:52like he's got gatlin's got size he's got speed um he's got really great work ethic he's tough
00:59he's strong um so there's some very exciting things uh that we see from gatlin um he's still
01:06like although two years older than most of the freshmen right still learning right and i don't
01:12know the ins and outs of the offense that he ran at burley high school uh two years ago two
01:16and a half
01:16years ago um but there's there's a lot of information that we carry in uh in our offense
01:23and so he's learning that just you know getting lined up and formation manipulation and all that
01:27kind of stuff motions and so um you i think when some of that stuff settles down right i think
01:32we'll
01:33have a better idea of where he's at right now but uh does he does he show a lot of
01:37very exciting
01:38things yeah
