00:14Yeah, I mean, my off-season goals, like body composition type,
00:21I want to be around like 265, 260, under like 18% body fat around there.
00:27Just keep getting bigger, faster, stronger.
00:31And then I think just finishing plays on the football side,
00:36you know, being more physical in the run,
00:37and just a lot of plays that I left on the table like missed tackles
00:41and a lot of opportunities I could have took advantage of
00:44and I just didn't make a play.
00:47So whether that's plus two in the winter workouts,
00:50like the way I finish every drill has to look a certain way.
00:56And that's kind of the biggest things.
00:58What weight are you at now?
00:59Right now I'm at 268.
