A 25-year-old man has been charged following the death of Carl Ennis after an assault in Stockbridge Village. Police are urging witnesses to come forward and warning against sharing material that could affect the case.

00:01A man has been charged following the murder of Carl Ennis in Stockbridge Village on the 17th
00:06of April. The 54-year-old was assaulted inside the village Chippy off Leechcroft and sadly died
00:13later. The man who was initially arrested on suspicion of Section 18 wounding with intent
00:18was re-arrested on suspicion of murder. Jafari Moore, 25 of Marlad Hay has now been charged
00:25with murder. Specialist officers continue to support Carl's family and a post-mortem will
00:30be carried out to establish the cause of death. Detectives are urging witnesses to come forward
00:35and warning against sharing material online which could affect the investigation in any way possible.
