00:00Hello, I'm Liz Earle, author of the new book, How to Age, and these are my three non-negotiables
00:07I'm going to share with you that I do for my health when I wake up first thing.
00:12So number one, my mantra is sky before screens.
00:15I try to make sure not to look at my phone first thing, even though it is so tempting.
00:21Number two, I open a window and brush my teeth in front of it because taking in that natural
00:26daylight helps to set our circadian rhythm for the whole day ahead.
00:31And then number three, have a glass of water, nice big one, ideally with a pinch of sea salt,
00:36maybe a squeeze of lemon, or you could try an electrolyte mix.
00:40And that really kickstarts the day with a great level of hydration, giving us energy to carry
00:46us through with whatever the day is going to throw at us and ultimately creating better,
00:51healthier cells for stronger, healthier, happier aging.
00:56And that's how we take part of our journey.
00:56So there are things that you can still take in the direction you've put it to
00:56The end of your mind that you beat.
00:56So I'm sure you've always been waiting for little light
00:56And I'll notice you ever you 1985 to have already reached the operation.
00:56So we have a great thing.
