00:14it's one of the better positions to sleep in for most of us. But it is that if you lay

00:20on that side, night after night after night, on one side, over time, especially if you have your
00:26elbow at your side, over time, you can create issues with your rotator cuff. This happened to
00:30me. So I have a left shoulder issue from my old pitching arm. I have a partial thickness rotator
00:36cuff tear. I have AC arthritis on that shoulder. So I can't lay on my left shoulder. Don't always
00:40like back lying sleeping. Don't lay on my stomach. So I slept on my right shoulder for about a 10
