01:17good speed the last couple weeks kind of recovering from being banged up all season long but great pass

01:29yeah i mean he knows it's good time as far as the championship wise and you know like unlike the
01:34other races this is a triple crown this is essentially a main event a short main event so
01:38you're going to see a lot of these guys as cole davies tries to go up the inside of
01:42seth makes that pass there you're going to see these guys within his intensity early oh fantastic pass right
01:47there by cole davies just up the inside he does a different combination on the rhythm lane and like
01:52james just told you guys the intensity level on these triple crowns are through the roof it's basically
01:57like three heat races and all these guys have the endurance to bring the action the whole time it is
02:03refreshing to see nate thrasher find some momentum coming off as ricky alluded to his best result of the
02:09season last week with second and he was frustrated by that second place as seth hamaker you're watching
02:15on bike 10 the kawasaki the monster energy pro circuit kawasaki machine trying to stay with the
02:21championship leader that's going to be tough cole's has some speed over these guys all day long as he's
02:27starting to close in on his teammate and it's kind of the same thing that happened last weekend with
02:30seth once cole got around them started making a few mistakes easy to to happen but he's got to lay

02:36out there thinking to nate thrasher our leader right now aboard that monster energy star racing yamaha
02:41number 25 and he's a free agent so a lot on the line not only to just to get that

02:48does for you mentally but man this is going to help his uh stock option for sure the teammates

03:07how he approaches it there's certainly no strangers to each other but nate thrasher understands the
03:12situation with joe shimota the reigning smx 250 world chief and exiting this series that presents
03:19opportunity from here on out just like ricky mentioned he's in a contract here he felt like
03:24nothing less than a podium was acceptable the rest of the way and he's certainly on his way so far
03:30this is a guy that in my opinion james it has some potential maybe get on a different program
03:35even if he ends up not staying where on the team he's at now you sometimes that potential you can
03:42work with it and it gives you a lot of options yeah no i agree with you nate has that

03:47just like all these other guys so right now he's got his hands full uh full with his teammate right
03:53now cole davis who has some great pace and here we go look at this look at the difference through

03:58rhythm section you could see you could feel that move coming and it's only a matter of time

05:43derrick kelly isaiah clark and gavin towers top 10. and james these you know these triple crowns are
05:49so important and the reason that we say that is because if you're able to have two good first races
05:55you can kind of set the tone for the third one you're not in a do or die situation so

06:01for the guys like nate thrasher and hammocker to have a good first and second race yeah i agree
06:06i mean it's pretty simple just lowest points uh wins at this so one point one point two and you

06:12there so cole davies can get back up to at least that third position maybe at least four if you

06:17a good shot but right now the one guy who wants to start moving up is our second place is

06:40little bit of water on it from this rain and it's loose when you cut out of that you get

06:50back accelerates he knows that thrash is going to come up the inside here on this next bowl turn
06:55and gets the lead back yeah nate had to do that looks like steph gets back up on the inside

07:20format and what it could open up for him opportunity wise he was well aware of it he was just

08:25so the man leading the race and second in the championship points how does he feel
08:29about this format of triple crown racing
08:34yeah triple crown always brings out some chaos but my plan is to get off to some good starts
08:39uh ride ride mode race day out of the chaos and uh just kind of try and worry about myself

08:44the track's gonna be a challenge in itself and uh i'm gonna have to be laser focused um so yeah
08:50that's kind of my my plan going into it but uh yes stay consistent and hopefully get the overall win

09:16have a cole davies moment where you go down and maybe not um i guess try to get that top

09:52really quick if you're not being careful and mindful of them yeah what's making this worse you can't

10:27second so that's why we're a little shocked to see this happening but proof that the teenager is

12:09multiple times in the main event last weekend in nashville and then being penalized two
12:14two positions for short-cutting the track he's respect
