00:00Mike Sorelli is a retired Navy SEAL officer.
00:03All right, Mike, you just heard Chuck say that there could be a little bit of a problem
00:08between the guys doing the negotiating and the army back home.
00:13There could be some throat slit when they get back from Pakistan.
00:19The army could cheat on the deal.
00:21I mean, it's a little haywire.
00:23How do you see it?
00:25Pure mayhem.
00:26I mean, if anyone from the IRGC is stabbed, they're not going to get any tears from myself
00:30or a lot of Americans.
00:32But this is complete turmoil.
00:34Jesse, this is what I'll say.
00:35How can you not be proud of our president and to be an American right now?
00:39I mean, even this cabinet, Scott Bessette was waging economic fury, Pete epic fury, Rubio
00:46verbal fury.
00:47I mean, this has been fifth generation warfare, Trump style.
00:50The world is watching.
00:52But what's even more impressive is Trump has dismantled the financial institutions and
00:56systems that have propped up Iran for 47 years to include other belligerents.
01:01And the EGU, I'm sorry, the European Globalist Union, formerly known as the EU, and even Lloyds
01:09of London are watching the very system that they've profited off of for the last decades
01:14be destroyed.
01:15This is a great thing.
01:17And yes, there will be some back and forth on this deal and getting Iran to totally agree
01:22to the non-negotiable terms.
01:24Yeah, I mean, it's a it's a full spectrum takedown of this regime, the proxies and the banking
01:31system that propped it up.
01:33The blockade.
01:36It's pretty effective to leave it on during the negotiation because we don't have to rush.
01:44They're the ones losing billions of dollars every week and they have a gun to their head.
01:51I don't see how they don't sign where we tell them to sign.
01:57And this was right.
01:59This was not a negotiation.
02:00This was a disciplinary meeting or even worse, a sentencing.
02:04You know, after after 47 years of belligerent behavior, it's on Tehran to prove through verification,
02:11not Washington to trust them.
02:13There is no such thing as Iranian goodwill or trust.
02:16That's what we refer to as a purple squirrel.
02:18It doesn't exist.
02:19So verification is going to be the key word here.
02:22And I wouldn't stop the blockade even after they sign.
02:25Put a time clock, put pressure on them to to to transfer that uranium back over to us.
02:31Ensure that they're following all the conditional terms of this this agreement and hold them to
02:37account.
02:38That's a brilliant idea.
02:39Make it conditions based.
02:41You know, you can maybe let every other Iranian tanker through until you get every single
02:46ounce of uranium.
02:47I would absolutely do the same thing when you hear the bluster.
02:51You know, I look online and it looks looks like this thing's coming to an end.
02:55And then you see these Iranian accounts pop up and it's translated from Farsi.
03:00And they're like, we just sunk your battleship.
03:02And, you know, the straits still closed and the president's lying through his teeth.
03:07How do you how do you comprehend that?
03:11It's it's lunacy.
03:13I don't know what reality they're living in.
03:15This is this fanatical theology.
03:17They live in their own world and they're not in touch with reality.
03:21It's tough, tough talk or what we call saber rattling.
03:24And that's all it is.
03:25They're trying to save face.
03:27But they know they've lost.
03:28And the the Chinese.
03:30The president's going to be flying to Beijing in a couple of weeks after wrapping up this
03:35brief excursion, as you said, a pretty beautiful demonstration of American military prowess and
03:41technology.
03:43What kind of clout do you think he's going to descend off the steps of Air Force One with?
03:48Oh, China is isolated right now.
03:51They've lost Venezuela.
03:52They've lost Iran.
03:54They've lost all oil on the black market.
03:56Now they're going to have to pay market price.
03:59China is hurting.
04:00They need their energy, their oil production back because they can't produce.
04:04They can't manufacture.
04:05So China is not in a great negotiating leverage standpoint either.
04:10Trump has changed the global chessboard.
04:13And, you know, America, and even though the world can't recognize it, is going to be stronger
04:18from this.
04:18And I think the Middle East, we're going to see an Abraham's Accord 2.0.
04:22And I think we may see a stable, peaceful, economically prosperous Middle East in the next
04:29five to 10 years.
04:30Yeah.
04:30You know, if he brings peace to the Middle East, he still won't get the Nobel Peace Prize.
04:34They're never going to give it to him, especially after this war.
04:37You can kiss that goodbye.
04:39He deserves it.
04:40But you can kiss it goodbye.
04:41You think Cuba's next?
04:43I think Cuba is, again, in a box by themselves.
04:48And, Jesse, to your point, the left, the left is never going to get over their moral superiority.
04:53You know, even if I dislike somebody, I'm going to give him credit for the things they're good
04:57at.
04:58And Trump has been more effective than any president in our lifetime on the global stage.
05:04This is pure strategic execution.
05:07And the left will never give him the credit he deserves.
05:10America is going to be stronger for this.
05:11And they can't even realize it.
05:13Well said.
05:13I mean, I don't like Gutfeld, but I laugh at his jokes when they're funny.
05:18Have a great weekend.
05:19Thank you for your service.
