01:41This sandwich takes simple everyday ingredients and turns them into something proper satisfying. It starts with your favourite sarni bread,
01:49buttered on the insides. Some might say this is optional, but I add a few slices of tomato seasoned with
01:55salt and pepper.
01:55Then it's time to turn a can of tuna into a deeply flavourful filling. I like to add red onion,
02:02pickles, jalapenos, chives and dill, chilli flakes, mayo, lemon juice, Dijon.
02:07But this is your sandwich, so go for your favourites. It gets scooped onto the tomatoes and then shaped into
02:13a trench for your favourite melty cheese. For me, that's a simple mature cheddar.
02:18To make sure that you achieve a seriously melty end product, you need to toast your sarni kinda slowly in
02:24butter. Remember the heat has to travel through the bread before it gets to the cheese, so rushing this part
02:29is just a bad idea.

03:07in just 15 minutes with over 30 grams of protein and it tastes ridiculously good.
03:13Just boil your eggs for 9 minutes then place them in an ice bath to stop the
03:16cooking and peel off the shells. Then separate the egg whites from the yolks,
03:20add the yolks to a bowl with light mayo, salt, pepper, a pinch of sugar and a
03:24splash of milk. Then mix it up to get a paste like this, chop up your egg whites
03:28and add them to a bowl with all of the yolk paste. Mix to form your filling then
03:32scoop on a slice of the fluffiest bread you can find, wrap it in parchment paper,
03:36slice and you're ready to enjoy.
