00:30didn't have any customers and they make all these hand-pulled noodle dishes and it's a lunar new year
00:34so it's good luck to eat long noodles. We also tried their boneless short rib skewers which were $9 each
00:39and not huge but the fresh lemon brought out this really tangy peppery spice so well and I do wish
00:44their dandan noodles had a little bit more chili oil but the pork belly was so tender just fell apart
